"I had a very positive experience with Renter's Warehouse. They found good tenants, managed the financials and repairs, and provided me with necessary information as needed. During a recent call, I had the pleasure of working with Rouselle. She was very friendly, was able to answer my tax questions quickly, and provided a follow-up Email with supporting documentation. I'd be willing to work with Renter's Warehouse again if I decide to rent out a house again."
"Mr. Gosney is ALWAYS on time, very knowledgeable about rental trends in my area, and willing to suggest tweaks to the listing and the showing in order to improve my property’s rental appeal. Mike is my Renter’s Warehouse agent for life!"
"Gina Baskall was so awesome to work with! I was in process of looking for rentals and everyone I had contacted was either an automated message system or no response. However, that changed when I found the rental I loved and contacted the leasing agent listed, Gina; I was actually able to talk to her on the first call, so that's when I knew I was in good hands. She was very professional and she always responded to my calls/texts promptly and worked around my schedule. The move in inspection was so thorough and everything that needed to be addressed was addressed. Honestly the process could not have gone more smooth. Would definitely recommend!"
"I had the pleasure of working with Philip Hamilton at Renters Warehouse. I was a little short on time to find a place that I liked but he helped me get into a perfect new spot to call home. It was everything that I was hoping for and he kept me in the loop throughout the whole application and approval process. I really appreciated how quickly he was able to move things along for me as well since I was down to the wire. I also liked that this was an in person viewing and that I wasn't sent off with a code to go look at the place myself. Although I love my new place and hope to be able to stay for quite some time, I wouldn't think twice about reaching back out to Philip if I ever needed to move."
"My suggestion to anyone considering using this company is to try to stay away and find a different house or at least make sure you read very detailed the contract. I rented from Renters Warehouse for a year and I had issues from the beginning. The account manager was great. He showed us the house and promised a bunch or stuff but he never helped. Everything has to be done via cases through the resident’s portal online. The customer service is probably one of the worst CS I have ever dealt with. I would open cases to have something fixed and they would get closed without any resolution and they would never contact me. If you are planning on renting from them be ready to have multiple calls with customer service to fix one single problem. They are supposed to be a property manager but truthfully all they do is reach out to the owner and wait until he decides to approve fixing any issues. If the owner does not approve then nothing gets fixed. This process makes things take way longer. In my opinion seems easier and more effective to rent straight from the owner and avoid dealing with a third party. They do not have the best interests in helping the tenant and honestly neither the landlord. If they would have been helpful we would have stay longer in the house but because of their lack of support we decided to move out after a year. As I mentioned before the company would not help at all. The last issue I had was getting my deposit back. The owner decided to take a bunch of money out of my deposit and I had to reach out to a lawyer to get some help. Finally the landlord gave part of it back to avoid going to court. During this whole issue the company did not help at all because all they do is forward my emails back to the landlord but they would not help any further. If anything they made everything take longer because the employee handling my case was out so the landlord did not receive my emails and on time. Needless to say the Landlord also dropped Renters warehouse as their property manager and went with a different property manager. So I am guessing they did not have a good experience either."
