"Worst place to live in, I can’t wait until my lease is over! The whole complex is having a bed bug infestation and the office wants us to pay out of pocket for that, isn’t that why you’re charging us all those extra fees monthly?? I also had a neighbor tell me she had mice and roaches when she first moved in, it’s sad how The ladies don’t mention anything before signing the lease. Maintenance is also nonexistent here, I requested about two weeks ago and no one has came to help my repairs! Let’s not get started on how you can hear everything from neighbors apartments too."

"My boyfriend and I moved in here back in September and we weren't allowed to see the unit until the day of move in which should have been a red flag but we ignored it because we needed a place to live. Upon move in, we were given an inspection sheet to notate anything wrong with the apartment so we "don't get charged for it later on." When we got in, so many things were broken and the apartment was disgusting. We found a pube in the master sink, under the kitchen sink there's just a piece of wood covering up a giant hole, there was screws and painters tape in the garbage disposal, there was snot covering the inside of one of the closets, one of the sinks was missing a drain pole which made it get stuck closed and they wouldn't send someone out to fix it for two weeks and many more. Worst of all, the screen door to the balcony was off of it's tracks and fell on my dog, crushing his nails and causing him to bleed. When we went down to the leasing office they said they would send out a cleaning crew and the maintenance guy "as soon as they can." That cleaning crew never came so we had to clean up the disgusting state our apartment came in on our own and the maintenance guy said he wasn't even informed that we were moving in until last minute. The area isn't safe either, cars are always being broken into or straight up stolen. The entire complex is covered in bottles of alcohol. Not only that but the state of Arizona and our lease has a policy about keeping dogs on a leash and we have had unleashed dogs run up to our dog frequently and sometimes jump on him. One of these times one of the leasing office ladies, Ana, saw this and just started smiling at the people who were letting their dogs do this. They are aware of all of these problems and do not care. These apartments are promoted as affordable for a reason and I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can move out of this place. Don't waste your time and don't move here."

"As a devoted tenant for the past five years, I've consistently tried to address concerns and service orders through both phone calls and emails, unfortunately, without any resolution. A recurring issue is the office consistently being locked, even during designated office hours, hindering my ability to seek assistance. This persistent problem has led to a frustrating experience. Regrettably, I cannot recommend renting from this establishment due to these ongoing challenges. It appears that there are issues with accessibility, responsiveness, and overall maintenance. The concern extends beyond mere inconvenience, as it reflects on the establishment's commitment to tenant satisfaction. Additionally, there seems to be a pattern of cost-cutting measures and what I perceive as rent gouging, which further compounds the dissatisfaction. I would never suggest living here not even to someone who was desperate. I also find it funny how three weeks ago I saw a note on the office door that a resident left stating they had come to the office for the fourth time that day, and no one was there and that they were going to contact the rental company about this issue. It just so happens that there were two wonderful reviews posted around that same time frame both with pictures of the office staff. Coincidence.. I don’t think so."
