"21 years ago his last yr of residency at UMC this man gave me the strength to be the best Mom I could be, noone had any words of encouragment except him. I will forever adore him."
"I've literally been fighting left and right with this office. I feel like he has way to many cases and can't focus on each Patient the way in neurologists should. We have been with him since my daughter was one. She is now almost 11. I'm asking for more testing which is never been done. I was told it's Unnecessary. Which mind you, My daughter has a huge hole in her brain and we haven't had any updates since she was 6.. And their excuses that she's on State insurance so they won't approve it.. On top of that their staff in the office is absolutely rude especially their receptionist.! To get medications approved is harder than getting into the doctor itself.. I'm just one of those parents that I've absolutely had enough. I want a doctor that cares that makes it a priority for my daughter's stuff. I call and don't get responses back. I literally have to call over and over and over for them to get the doctor to call me.. I've literally had a drive 2 hours to the hospital to take her in because I couldn't get somebody to call me back when she was actively having seizures.. I'm just had enough. Please double think if you're gonna see this doctor it really sucks and third is only 3 of them but I'm to the point where I ready 2 not only switching neurologies but switch hospitals altogether..."
"Dr. Little was kind, compassionate, and helpful during an appointment for my daughter. I felt he explained his assessment of her symptoms well and helped us both understand the treatment options. His staff was friendly and courteous, the office was clean, and we are grateful for Dr. Little's efforts to help my daughter."
"Dr. Little is a terrible neurologist. After our initial zoom conference, he charted, “it’s unclear why the patient was referred to neurology.” During our first in person visit, my son had a spasm that Dr. Little saw and said he didn’t think it was a seizure and nothing to worry about. Had an MRI the following week and my son was diagnosed with a brain injury he had had since birth. The spasms continued to worsen and after calling his office to insist on an EEG, a nurse got back to me 2 days later and said Dr. Little knew nothing about any spasms. We took our son to the ER that night and he was flown to Phoenix Children’s where he was diagnosed with infantile spasms. If you are looking for a neurologist, I would not recommend Dr. Little."
"Dr Robert D Little has very strict appointment times and if you are late he will not see you. I personally found this out today. I was taking my daughter to her first appointment at his office and was running late because of traffic. His office is 45 minutes from my house. I called in to notify them that I was running behind but, I would still make it. After getting to his office on time I was instructed to sign in on their automated sign in system using the IPad on the wall. I then started filling out paperwork and was called up front and was notified that I had signed in 2 minutes to late and that he would not see my daughter. I let the receptionist know that I had called in advance and she said that The Phoenix Children's Hospital didn't call and notify them and there was nothing she could do? I also asked to schedule a new appointment and was told to call back to the Phoenix Children's Hospital to do that? Wow, I've never been to a doctors office like that. Usually, you sign in on a piece of paper and wait 45 minutes to see the doctor. However, if you do decide to see him than make sure that you don't get delayed by an accident and that you can navigate the IPad on the wall quickly! I'll be rescheduling with a different doctor with some compassion. 2 minutes! Wow!"
