"As is the case with many places in this area....they offer services to assist the elderly with affordable housing. and they gladly take the $350 Admin fee but they delay for so long and then provide nothing ... My mother was looking for a place to live and after three weeks we were told no such luck... they take the money and provide no service.. it's a supplemental source of income for the sub standard help."
"Thinking of going on their waiting list. Difficult finding apartments for seniors on fixed income."
"This is a terrible apartment complex. My Aunt has lived there for several years. She became sick in November 2022 and was inpatient in a medical facility till late December. We removed her cat when she became ill the apartment complex changed her locks when we were getting her cat and REFUSED to give us a copy of the key even after we were on the lease as an emergency contact. We attempted to make contact with the manager to get her personal belongings and management NEVER made contact with anyone.. As a family we called numerous times with NO contact we drove down to Phoenix even when the office said they were open to attempt to talk to the manager to start cleaning her apartment. Not only did they evicted my Aunt while she was inpatient they have NOT to this day allowed us to obtain her personal belongings. Once the cat was out of the apartment they cleaned her out and never even coordinated any communication with her family...Is this where you would want your senior family member to live? Now we have a senior disabled WOMAN with no where to live not even her WALKER to walk with, which she can't even walk without HOMELESS. The lack of communication and dignity for HUMAN life has left my Aunt with NOTHING. Shame on you and your management."
"NaKeisha was incredibly kind, patient and helpful with my disabled senior citizen sister. I am thankful for her and look forward to my sister living here for many years!"
