They will call you and ask you if you can get ahold of ( their tenant) knowing they already passed "literally") They knew my dad passed and called me to ask if i heard from my dad knowing he passed NOT ONCE BUT TWICE! They always take great care of the property . I saw the new leasing agent on a Sunday taking care of the property picking up trash outside and in the laundry room.
