"4 stars because although this place doesn’t appear to be in the best of the neighborhood or it doesn’t have stainless stain appliances, or a pool in hot as Phoenix, it does have a nice and attentive (with concerns and complaints for the most part) non-invasive property owner. Too it does have a laundry room for the 16 or so apartment tenants here in the complex and there is a private parking lot and it’s a few blocks away from a shopping center of Ross, Walmart, the hospital and restaurants. It’s also right across from a elementary school and east of many other stores, Chinese restaurants, fast food chains, etc. It’s at the end of a quiet street and the property is very family and pet friendly and the apartments do have a back yard that I only wish would be maintained and cleaned throughly, maybe growing grass and removing the desert rocks (and old outside couch) so that the children can play in or the pets. My only complaint really is the neighbors who don’t pick up after their dog and those neighbors who don’t have any consideration (talking loud and smoking cigarettes in the stairs pathway or right outside your window) for working class people that have jobs and want to go to bed at a decent time. Some neighbors sit around the building and stairs all day long from what seems from sun up to down. The front yard also has desert rock but if they replaced that with natural grass I think the neighbors would have a better (hopefully) respect for the complex, pick up their trash (see pics) and after themselves and their funky cigarette buds all over the stairs and parking lot."
