"We went for a tour but the front office door was locked while Nick V was sitting at the table. He got up to help us but was very quick with just giving us papers with pricing. No option for a tour. No option to look at photos. He said just to come back on Tuesday. He kept the door locked so when residents came by the front office they were standing outside waiting because he didn’t unlock the door. We got really bad vibes. I’m happy to say we will never inquire about this place or live here. I hope everyone goes by their gut feeling about this place. But we were not happy with Nick V."

"AVOID. DO NOT MOVE HERE. SCAMMERS. There are so many things wrong with this place. Check all the other 1 star reviews. The issues are numerous from the units to the general grounds. The management and company will do anything to scam you. They will send bogus charges with no merit hoping you are dumb enough to accept the extortion. And if they owe you money, they will hold out on paying until you complain and actively fight back. They will ignore your calls and emails, forcing you to confront them at the office. They will lie to you to get your money. Altogether they are very hostile. DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE BEFORE SEEING YOUR UNIT. They will always say the units aren't available to tour, and lie that the pictures online or the model unit are accurate to the quality. The units are largely held together by sticks and glue. The walls are thin, meaning you can hear everything. The road is loud, the park nearby, neighbors, and the construction nearby as well. Good luck trying to sleep. Many units are severely dated and should be completely remodeled if not condemned. Maintenance requests will get ignored or heavily delayed after complaining. When they do show, there will not be proper warning before or after. The grounds smell awful from animal waste and trash. There's always poop on the sidewalks and general walking areas. The parking spaces are narrow, along with the roads which aren't maintained. The amenity areas are not maintained either. It's all filthy. Of course this means pests are everywhere and easily get inside the units constantly. Other pests get in too like solicitors harassing residents trying to sell something if not just steal your packages. And finally the prices they are asking for do not match at all what the quality actually is. Even the prices they show do not match near what you will pay monthly. They will upcharge as much as you let them. They will attach secret fees on the monthly statement as well expecting you not to challenge them. Look elsewhere, anything is better than this place. Read the poor reviews if you need more convincing."

"My husband and I have lived here for a month now and we have had nothing but a very enjoyable experience! There were several quirks within the computer software that made getting the lease to finalize difficult but Cailey the office manager went through several troubleshooting in order to fix it, kept us in the loop, while being sincerely apologetic about it all. They have had a couple community gathering activities in the office this past month including mimosas and muffins :) We were also welcomed with sparkling wine and glass upon our apartment kitchen arrival! Maintenance has also been spot on and immediately responsive to any issues we have run in to. Again, a very pleasurable experience and we are happy to call home! My only recommendation would be to try to smooth out the harsh speed bumps or eliminate a couple unnecessary ones :)"

"I don’t know what has happened to customer service but I applied for an apartment on December 18, 2023 and I could not move forward with the application without paying the 250.00 administration fee along with the application fee. I was denied within hours and had the email and it is January 16, 2024 and yet to receive my 250.00 back. Stated it takes two weeks. Well it has been longer than two weeks and I am still waiting for my money. Kayla the manager I guess I spoke with her that same morning and she did not tell me I had been denied. I'm really glad because I do not want to have to deal with them. Just get me my 250.00 back and applicants beware!"

"This place is horrible and here are some of the reasons as to why... 1. The dog park and all the grass areas around the complex are not kept up. The grass is overgrown, the grass smells horrible because of the urine and dog poop, there are always piles of dog poop, and the dog bag staions are ALWAYS empty. I know that we can buy our own dog bags, HOWEVER, it helps to keep our complex clean when the stations are stocked. 2. The sidewalks are not clean. From trash to HEAVY amounts of bird poop (I understand that birds poop, but it's a hazard with the amounts we have to step over). The complex needs to do better at pressure washing the bird poop. 3. The rocks / gravel around the grounds are FULL of dog poop. It's ridiculous. The apartment complex needs to be more efficient with keeping them clean and sending out notices to everyone to pick up after their pets. 4. The complex needs to work on keeping both the front AND back pool clean. The pool and the hot tub at the back of the complex need to be treated. They are green with slime covering the walls and trash is floating in them. The pool has been like this most of the summer. The chairs are also gross and sticky from who knows what. 5. Every week I find some kind of advertisement on my car. The complex needs to do better about stopping people and sending out notices to stop doing this. I don't like walking outside to papers shoved all around my car almost every day. 6. The complex RARELY responds to maintenance requests. I've submitted requests and they will either leave them open and never respond or close them without actually fixing the said issue. If they do fix an issue inside your apartment, they won't tell you when they're coming and they won't leave a notice on your counter that they've been in your apartment. 7. The gym is a mess. The equipment isn't maintained which is dangerous and the equipment is dirty which is hazardous. 8. In order to obtain some packages, you have to go to a small building at the front of the complex. A small building that is never locked and the door is always open. Someone could easily come in and take your things. Even with the poor quality camera they have, someone could easily get away with stealing your packages. 9. The parking lot needs work. It's run down. There are pot holes and broken speed bumps. 10. You can NEVER get a hold of the front office staff. They're never at their desks and they never answer the phones 11. There is a fire alarm that beeps periodically in the back of the complex due to a dying battery. I've mentioned it multiple times to the complex, but nothing has been done about the issue. It's been going off for months now. 12. I can't count how many apartments I've seen fogged due to bugs (roaches, fleas, etc.) Oh, and ant galore. Ants exist, I get it. But it's an infestation around the complex. 13. The dog park is a pit of dog poop, urine and ants. Lots and lots of poop and ants. With all of the above being said, don't consider living here. It's a horrible complex."
