"one of the worst places i stayed the management did not want to give deposit back and we left the place spotless So make sure when you move out dont let them keep your deposit take it all the way to court because they will try regardless how clean you leave it they are betting on you not to go to court."
"Absolute nightmare, renters beware! Horribly managed, pest infested and way overpriced!! Surrounding neighborhood is extremely unsafe, vagrants, panhandlers and drugs being used openly on sidewalks. Garbage everywhere along streets. Maintenance request will be ignored for weeks. When finally preformed it is poorly done and with cheapest means necessary. Property owners will harass you, enter your residence unlawfully and raise your rent drastically at end of lease with little notice. They will NOT do pest control, it is at your own expense, and additionally charge you each month for rental insurance or some nonsense, even if you have your own. Highly recommend you avoid this place, you’ve been warned!!"
"I lived there a couple of years ago. The property managers, my last year there, were rude when they did actually answer the phone. They lost my rent check and refused to accept responsibility for it. They said I had to pay the late fees or be evicted They also threatened to tow my second vehicle that I rarely drove. They told me the vehicle was considered abandoned because it had not been driven. How is a car abandoned if it is parked in my carport? When it was time to renew the lease the rent jump ridiculously high. The management said it was based off of the marketnvalue and renovations. From what I saw of the renovated units, it wasn't worth the price. After moving out, the property manager wouldn't return any of my phone calls in regards to my deposit. Finally I had to visit the office, to talk to the manager. She claimed I never gave them a deposit. I provided her a copy of the signed lease proving a deposit had been paid. Then I got the story that the refund checks are issued from a bank in Utah. In total, it took 2 months for the deposit to be returned."
"Honestly we got a renovated unit it was nice or whatever but we were promised the other things that were going to fix with it and they never came through with it. So I had an exposed water heater the whole year living there which made it look ugly . No doors to cover it or doors for the laundry . Oh and I never experienced a rat in my home ever in my life . And one managed to get in through the poorly renovation job done . I guess they thought by leaving a hole in the ceiling open nothing would come out from it . Also maintenance never came and got that fixed , after I told them multiple times. So I hope whoever moves there gets those things done for them . Gates always broken Oh and when you pay your rent through the app get ready to pay a convenience fee extra to process your 1200 of rent that you already giving them. Overall no one bothered you. Chill community. I just wish the rental part could have been better for what I payed monthly."
"I lived here for 2 years and in that time the management had changed. When we first moved in we couldn't even use the pool/spa because is was always dirty and green, and only open until October so you couldn't use the spa in the winter time. In the lease YOU have to pay for repairs to the unit and landscaping (we moved in and the rose buses were already there we did not plant) The deposit was $1025 plus first months rent. Once the management changed things did not get better the Pool was cleaner but the Spa was still green and nasty. Almost called the health department it was so bad, and still only available from May to October if you were lucky. We got a 10 day notice to remove a car with no license plate and a tarp from our unit. The car was just purchased so had the temporary tags and we never had a tarp at our unit. They gave us the 10 day notice for another unit. I was getting ready to move out and gave them my letter to vacate notice with my forwarding address 40 days in advance. (per the lease agreement) and should have gotten the deposit back after they has 14 business days to process. Now 23 business days later still waiting on the deposit. When I call to check the status she made excuses that the employee that handled the Intent to vacate didn't put that in my file so they supposedly didn't have my forwarding address to send the deposit back. Now I have to wait another week so they can supposedly cancel the check that was already issued and send out a new one. I would NOT recommend this property."
