"Lived here for 5+ years. Would not recommend. Make sure you take pictures and videos for your move out because they will charge you outrageously and send it straight to collections. They will not work with you and will charge you extra for a parking spot and liability waiver even when you have a valid one they won’t reimburse you for it either. Maintenance was okay, if you stay on top of it. They hardly even answer the phone. The dog parks are just big lots of dirt. I’ve had my car window broken here too. A lot of kids roam around here even at night so it’s like their parents don’t care. This isn’t the safest place but it’s semi cheap still with outdated units, the upgraded ones are even a joke. I was glad to finally move on from this place!!"

"My mother and I went in to view a unit today, and we had an amazing experience with Paul. He was very knowledgeable, honest, patient, and kind. I had a couple technical issues while filling out the application, and the manager Michelle jumped in to help and got everything resolved quickly. Everyone seemed very friendly and happy, and we loved the vibe! We really had a blast while we were there and we’re excited to move in."

"My neighbors abuse their dogs, children. Audibly. Loudly. Constantly. Do not live here. I effing hate this effing hole in the gd ground. This isn't fit for us to leave our feces. Responses mean ZERO when no action is taken. Would the 5*'s change their rating to 1*? You will never receive help. They will lie to you. Maintenance won't fix things and still mark your issue as complete. Things you are promised won't be fulfilled. The rent is NOT. IT IS NOT. The rent is not as cheap as they tell you. I'm always reminded what a cluster of trash this place is as I drive through the wide open gate. The other gate was fixed immediately. This one has been broken for over a year. Please do not live here. Rent is just up up up. Don't live here. Please don't live here. We need to stop moving in, so they will move out. There is no security team. "Courtesy patrol" never pick up the line, and they apparently run several different complexes, so good luck getting them to "respond to your voicemail" in a timely fashion. Phoenix police never come out, so you genuinely have zero security in this hole. Ffs, yeah, yeah, Ian is cool. He dresses snappy. Marisol is sweet. But then they don't help you. They sell you this apartment, but you're locked in and there is no security (did they point out the gate? Did they mention it NEVER closes?), you're locked in and the price isn't what they said, they respond to your review but it doesn't mean a thing. SF, what will you do? Pay for my windows? Both incidents? I paid to fix the casing around the steering, the window, the column, this recent event i needed to go to work on the weekend so I paid the locksmith extra to come out and help me, Will you repay me for your negligence? Why not have a camera on the front gate that's always open? I don't care about other people's private affairs, I want my own camera aimed at my own car in my own spot. Will you fix the gate? What's wrong with the gate, will you pursue better alternatives for the fixed gate to remain repaired for a longer time? It all looks decent, the workers seem friendly, the front help is all verbose and kind and generous. But 10.14.23 Your cars are not safe. There is zero security here. The GATES DON'T EVEN CLOSE ALL THE WAY. Garbage. They don't even have 24hr help. I should have snapped a pic this morning, but the gate in was hanging open and the gate out was closed, reverse of my newest photo. The gate is just open, there is a car driving up to the gate, but it isn't close enough to activate the sensor. The gate is just wide open. The pedestrian gate intended for pedestrian residents, I noticed this was also hanging open this morning, had not noticed before. Hmhmhm I really don't recommend this complex. All the residents, all the workers, .... Don't live here. E: that's the front gate at 11:40pm, aka midnight. Wide open. This is weeks long. It was weeks before. It was wide open when I moved here. Homeless joe is walking across my parking space right now. Don't live here. Just don't. I have to be here for another year. My car has been broken into, my neighbors beat one of their children or one of their animals, there is no safety here. Like I said, homeless joe, other reviews say crackheads. I don't go to the pool, I don't play outside, I don't see bathers, but there are homeless and there are tent cities around bus stops in the area. Homeless, crackheads, and easy-access-places-that-aren't-folk's-to-access-type people walk hand in hand. And hand. E3: every unit is provided a cox wifi box, cox box if you will. I went to the cox office and told the cox man about the cox box and how odd I thought that was, and the cox man said "yeah that's shady." He set me up with my own cox box, which was a newer model, and any time the complex emails me about connectivity issues, I always have internet. When cox sends me an email, I don't have internet."

"Megan is an amazing leasing consultant, She's really knowledgeable about her property and can answer any question you throw at her. Plus, she's super friendly and makes you feel right at home. On top of that, the property was very nice & clean. Definitely recommend!"

I had a maintenance issue the other day and she was on top of it! super helpful and with a quick turn around time at resolving my issue. It’s such a nice change in the community when your office team pulls through for you and makes life that much less stressful. Me and my kids are grateful for all her effort. She also went above and beyond when I expressed a family members interest in our community as well.
