"Update/Response(06 Sep) to San Pedregal: You have my concerns and ask sitting in your Manager’s and leasing office email for very long, why don’t you provide me a official response on my emails instead ignoring it plus you have my number in record call me if you really care about giving 5 star experience. For those who is reading, if there is no update after it that means management hasn’t made any effort on this particular issue I had a disappointing experience with this community and management. My air conditioner broke down, it was a nightmare. My family, including a 5-year-old child, had to endure 16 sweltering days without AC. The vendor's lack of expertise and constant delays only added to our frustration. It feels like management prioritizes cost over quality. I requested a hotel or guest suite due to the unbearable conditions, but they denied it, offering just one more portable AC unit which didn’t cool down the apartment but my Electricity bill definitely spiked up The management seemed indifferent, and the vendor they use will not come before 3-5 days, if you're lucky. Like in my case they took 16 days to get my AC fixed Furthermore, I must say that the Community Manager, Jovan Pulido, has been the worst manager I've ever encountered in a community setting. Despite my relentless efforts in writing to him over the past 15 days, he has chosen to blatantly ignore all my follow-up emails,maybe because I am asking for the rent adjustment because of non functioning AC. It's disheartening to see such a lack of responsiveness from the person entrusted with managing this community. They are happy to charge late rent fee but don’t have a courtesy to compensate for non functioning AC for 15 days While the exterior of these luxury rentals may catch your eye, it's important to note that appearances can be deceiving. Upon stepping inside the apartment, the poor condition of the appliances becomes evident. It's disappointing when the interior doesn't match the initial impression created by the exterior and rental cost. Make no mistake Vendor with the in house Maintenance team of San Pedregal they are great and help you the max possible way"

"I lived here for about 2 years. I was super sad to leave but the rent had increased just as it has been most places in Arizona. My experience living here was amazing. I will always look back on it with good memories! Beautiful apartment, never had issues. Beautiful pool! There was even one day my air conditioner went out and that same day the apartment put me in the guest suite which was beautiful with my dog! The office is super personable and super responsive!"
