"My 70 year old mother was treated poorly at this location. The young man was not helpful at all. He made an appointment with my mom to see an apartment for 12:45p. Upon her arrival he told her someone else moved in at 10:30a the day before (odd) without even calling to cancel. Not helpful and rude to elderly."
"There's cockroaches in the rooms but nobody speaks up about it since they'll fine you for not keeping it clean. In reality there's little wedges where cockroaches come from the neighbors so even if you're a clean person you'll have cockroaches from your neighbors who get it from their neighbors who get cockroaches since their room is next to the dumpster. You'll never get you deposit back either. The laundry matt is disgusting and overpriced. $1.50 for washer and $1.50 for dryer. Picking a washer is like playing Russian Rullete. Will it work? Will it steal your quarters? There's buttons to press on the dryers for quarter returns but it doesn't. Sometimes you'll find a sock or underwear in your clothes even if you checked twice beforehand. Some residents believe it comes from the dryers next to it and that theres a hole where things slip in. If there's a broken washer/dryer the best way is to completely break it so that it can get fixed. Otherwise they won't bother looking into it. The only good thing about this place is that the residents are nice to each other and make conversation but most are planning to leave since the rent is so high for something so cheap. But hey it allows small dogs so that's nice I guess."
"After reading Google reviews on the complax , I was hesitant which direction to go in. So I went and meet Ben , the current complax manager and owner I believe . For myself and took a tour of the complex .Ben is very business professional and prompt. The complex is and has been remodeled . The up keeping , looked over all clean. I can't wait to move into my unit , next week. Which I believe is fit for me. I'll keep you guys posted on how things go once I'm fully moved in. But I can honestly say , I don't think I'll be able to relate to these reviews."
"RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The apartments are not too bad. but the complex all together sucks. the office is a joke. people blast music and the office does nothing. once i was in the office getting some mail and someone was blasting music from 3 buildings away and they just sat there. i asked them if they were deaf. then they said they would go talk to them . dont get started the boiler for the water which went 3 times in the time i was living there. went to san diego and to the beach and the ocean water was warmer then our water in our apartment. then when i complained about it ,.they asked for me to come to the office and complained to me about the email i sent them . (which couls have been nicer but i was pissed.) any they raised our rent by 100 dollars with out telling us. they said they put a notice in the door jam. something like that should hand delivered to the person.. it was so bad i paid 3 months rent to break my lease when we bought our house."
"Ever since I moved in it has been a living hell. First month of living here the upstairs neighbors started stomping around and moving furniture on a daily basis. They had young children who would run around the entire apartment stomping till almost three in the morning. It was so bad that it would wake me from sleeping. On top of that they would be drunk almost every day. Once or twice a week the parents would get into bad fights. So bad that the police had to be called. At this point we addressed the manager about the issues. But because we had no physical proof nothing could really be done. So a month goes by and the fighting continues to get worse. Then when I was home alone and the tenant pushed her cousin off her balcony causing her cousin to fall into my balcony. It really scared me because stuff like that does not happen on a normal basis. So I quickly called the cops. They came and filed a report. Once again we told the manager. Still nothing could be done. So I took the time to go down to the police station and get a copy of the police report. Also there was a few videos of them fighting. Even with that very little was being done. So then a few weeks later the boyfriend falls into my balcony. Things were now beyond a point of ridiculousness. But still nothing could be done because the evidence against them wasn't enough. So my roommate and myself started recording more video of them. Anything we could get. Finally we were get a video that held enough evidence to get the eviction process started. So finally on the sixth month they were evicted. So after that they moved in a very large family with about four kids. Then moved in every vacant apartment around us more large families with tons of kids. So now the stomping and running is still going on and once again nothing is being done. To top it all off these children run and scream till late in the evening. Yes, children run and play. It is about twenty to thirty kids running and screaming all at the same time. The parents are never in sight. The children leave a huge mess every day. I trip over rocks walking into my apartment because the children throw them everywhere. I also have dogs. I have caught the kids throwing rocks, taunting, and poking my dogs with sticks through the bottom hole in my balcony. Was anything done? I think at this time you can guess the answer to that. Where my apartment is at it is not in free range of balls being kicked over into it. But somehow the kids still manage to get balls into my balcony. I caught one of them climbing my balcony wall to get their ball. These children not only scream but cuss and swear like crazy. I have over herd them saying some really bad things. They are young children and its heartbreaking that they are learning words like that at such a young age. They have no manners what so ever. We have caught the children hanging from the small trees pretty much ripping them apart. They will leave stink bombs in front of my door and other peoples doors. We told management about all these issues but once again nothing has been done. Then another thing is if you have something broken in your apartment forget about getting it fixed. You will probably have to wait at least two months to even get a maintenance man over. If I honestly knew all these issues I would have NEVER moved in here."
