"The management here is not great. It’s hard to get in contact with management. You will only see them or hear from them if your rent is late. They don’t care if you’re happy or not they just want your money. The maintenance doesn’t really fix things and get mad when asked to fix things My fridge hasnt been working for two weeks and now all my food is bad and they won’t do anything or don’t think it’s important to fix. When my lease is up I will definitely be moving."

"I just moved out of here! (Late 2023) This place does not look like pictures at all, its linoleum everywhere no carpet or fancy counters. They only brought one copy of the lease to sign and didn't let me do a move in inspection. If you do move here don't let the manager tell you to do it online. Lots of broken little things around the unit, broken cabinet doors and closet hardware, the floor had holes in it, and the unit wasn't even CLEANED when I moved in. Theres permanent stains on the walls and it smelled like smoke. The washer is TINY, like 3-4 towels a load tiny; and mine had stuff burnt to the inside of the dryer. People will set off fireworks every night in the parking lot. They wont respond to any communication since the last month of my residency. The matinence men are homophobic and will rip your flags off the walls if you have any. Had to hound them for the move in deals they offered."

"They may look nice now that they are getting fixed. But they are rat infested apartments. Some neighbors are on drugs and will be outside all hours of the night. And the landlord Tracy is friends with them all so she won’t do anything about it."

"The apartment manager, Tracy, is always very quick to respond when and if I have an issue. I have not ever had an issue that my apartment manager could not resolve right away. She always has a smile on her face, and goes above and beyond for all her tenants. One of my favorite things about Santa Cruz Villas is how Tracy always does something special for the complex as well as every single child that lives here for every holiday and his or her bday. The apartments are very spacious for a 2 bedroom 1 bath, the community is almost family like. I love this place and never want to move, best move I ever m was to move in to Santa Cruz Villas Kanaiah K"

"I love this place. Love the manager. She is very easy to communicate with it. The maintenance man is on top of place. Never seen bugs in my apartment and I lived in 2 different units. If you have bugs its probably because your dirty person. You should learn how to pick up afters yourself."
