"These are the worse apartments ever! They actually evicted my daughter who has a 9 month old baby and a 9 year old and her boyfriend, even after a case manager from the city of Phoenix guaranteed rent for at least three months.! And they were never any trouble, they may have been late a couple times but always paid with the outrageous fees! They have no where to go!! Do not rent from them!"
"This place is awful. Roaches, scorpions, leaks. I had to cry to the office lady about my kitchen flooding and they came to get my dishwasher out (the leak was not coming from there) I had no water in my kitchen for a month with a trash bag stapled to my counter to cover the hole."
