"I have lived in select apts for about 3 yrs and when I first got here it was like the Wild West and dangerous. Then Faith and Brendi came along and are cleaning it up. They take hom inc and section 8 and treat you like a real person. Faith went out of her way to help me as well as Brent has made it safer. The new owner is renovating the apts and maintenance is awesom and quick to respond to requests. I’m proud to live at select. Thanks to team Select"

"These apartments are trash. We have a maintenance problem and found out that no one is working in maintenance for over a week. And the homeless people have broken in the empty apartments and the office doesn’t close them again."

"This complex is complete trash they do not fix any issues when u reach out to them to fix them the Ac there is none it's a lil cooler in the day time but past 5pm I'm guessing the time they go home the temperature goes up to 80 plus inside and is not good for the health of those living there. Now that the lease is up they want to charge the tenets again $150 holding deposit and a $45 application 5 all over again which Has never been heard of when your lease is up a apartment gives you options to renew you lease or you can find somewhere else to move but it has never been know for a complex to ever ask for an additional deposit and app fee to renew you lease this complex is trying to scam the tenants out there money this is not legal in the state of Arizona and if this issue is not corrected they will have to deal with civil actions brought against them."
