"These apartments keep popping up wanting me to rate them I have no idea why I have never visited them except to drive by on 19th Ave from the outside they look decent, small, ungated and probably affordable."

"If I could give them NEGATIVE stars, I would. They let a family sit in their HOT ass apartment in the 117 degree weather, with a broken AC unit. The inside temperature reached 93 degrees. There's a baby in this home. They did nothing about it, and told the family "if you have family or something, you can stay with them and we'll pay you $75 a day". This is unacceptable and they should be charged with negligence. Awful, AWFUL service from the office staff. The family was kicked out of the office after explaining their situation. They just needed a minute of cool air. SEEK A HOME ELSEWHERE."

"I lived there in 2014 and 2015 when Mike and Lee were the Management and then Jaime took over I never had any problems with Management or neighbors the only issues that ever came up were issues my ex created, I loved my apartment and the rent was always the same price each month no fluctuation as some do! My apartment was spacious and the tile flooring and butcher block wood counters in the kitchen were a huge plus!!!!"

"Hello, I lived at the Courtyard Village Apartments in 2008 and I am very glad Scott and Donna are still there. They were the best landlords I have ever had. They genuinely cared about me and my family. I have even contacted them since leaving and they have always been kind. As for Scott patrolling at night, I always welcomed it and slept better at night because of it."
