"Very affordable apartments and well maintained property"

"While living here, it wasn't too bad. Minus the sewage backing up occasionally. Upon leaving, we were informed by the office people that we were good and didn't owe any money. Received a phone call on my way back to Ohio, claiming they saw me dumping things off at their dumpster that wasn't allowed. Even though I hadn't been in the area for hours prior to the phone call. Then months later, got a collections agency on my credit score claiming I owed money from them. Which, I did not. Place was left in great condition and was clean when we left. They told us we owe nothing else and we are good. They kept the deposit due to us leaving earlier, but said we owe nothing else. So, if you rent from them. Be weary, cause they don't always tell the truth and they'll try to milk you of more money than actually owed."

"Not a recommended housing, drug dealers south east side of complex, hidden cameras used in the wrong places… good people kicked out for the wrong reason, many issues in home that they would never fix. (Maintenance doesn’t know what they are doing) No hot water in winter for months. When finally fixed, it was summer, then had no cold water just hot…. Leaking sink, plumbing was always backed up… kids ages 5-10 running around until 1am sometimes later…. Hard to get parking, had to park on Main Street most time I lived here…"

"Family own and operated. I lived here for 3 years in 2 different units. I never experienced bed bugs here; which I'm mentioning because I seen reviews about them. Just letting you know I didn't have that issue ever. In the beginning of each new apartment I did see roaches but you have to be an absolutely tidy person if you want them to go away and stay away. I cleaned out both apartments of roaches. So if i can do it anyone can. Work orders were always complete in the same day if I ever needed anything done. Their maintenance man is a hard working person, very attentive to the grounds. The ladies in the office are friendly, easy to talk to and very understanding. I would suggest that you become understanding of apartment living and everything will be fine. Schools and shopping are very close if you have a car but if you're on foot you'll be getting some exercise. Dog park near by as well. I appreciate this place for giving my children and I a home..."

"I've been living here for about 6 months now. The property manager, Kim, has always been good to me and when I have an issue she's helped to resolve it within the hour and I've seen happy with the results every time. The price is hard to beat and although my neighbors are interesting to say the least, they haven't given me any trouble or cause for concern. Don't believe the terrible reviews, some people just have the rare bad experience and want to be heard. I can say that I'm quite happy with my status here."
