"Truly disappointed. I went into Diamonte 2 months ago. Got approved within 24 hours and set my move in date 3 days before I needed to more of of the current place I am at. I had one request, and one request only, no carpet besides the bedrooms. Jazmin advised me to apply for a specific 2Bedroom apartment that had no carpet, so I did. I checked in weekly with Diamonte just to make sure everything is still all good and it's just what I needed, and asked to review the apartment. They never let me view it until move in date, in which should've been a red flag. Fast forward to 2 months later, I come in on my move in date, I request to see the apartment before I sign the lease, they handed me the keys. I walk in, one it smells awful, like cigarettes, and it's all carpet. I go back to the office and let them know what was promised and I was not signing the lease. They immediately removed me from their system, didn't even apologize. I asked for the lower 2 bedroom apartment, told me I can go look, but since they removed me, I had to reapply and do another admin fee in which neither are refundable, handed me the keys and there was water damaged, termites, and it was trashed! I advised them it needed to be cleaned and to have a good day. The ladies were rude, didn't care that they screwed me over, didn't care that the apartments were trashed and I lost $400 because it's "nonrefundable" although they didn't follow through with their job. Highly disgusted and disappointment. Dont recommend this place for anyone who doesn't appreciate being lied to consistently."
"I hav been here for 10 years and haven’t been impressed by the maintenance staff. I put in a work order this morning for a stove and refrigerator and it is already here. Was told it was new staff and it is going to be quicker. The office staff have been wonderful and patient with me and my beginnings of dementia. I am totally amazed and will be signing another lease."
"Jasmine was absolutely wonderful! She definitely knows what she’s doing. My mother and I went to tour an apartment for my grandfather and she gave us all the information we were looking for and was so confident in her abilities. if i could give her 10 stars i would. Great service."
"At first I loved the complex when I moved in. Now I feel like the management/leasing office does not take any concerns serious. When I moved in, almost every room there was 1-2 things broken. They also have a ton of hidden fees that wasn’t in the lease. However, I cannot confirm since they will not even provide me a copy of my lease. They didn’t upload my ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED lease to the very website I signed it on. I’ve never paid so much on a 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom before in my life. Everything is so old here. Please do not rent here unless you ask 10000 questions. I thought I asked enough but inevitably it wasn’t enough. When I tried to ask about why my utility bill was so high, the desk woman was offended I was asking about it. Since the apartment is old and run down, I thought perhaps there could be a leak I don’t know about and she was still confused as to why I was asking. Why can’t apartment complexes just be transparent?! That’s all I ask for. The phone number on the website isn’t even working (a 602 number). Why am I paying SO MUCH on this apartment if I’m hardly getting any customer service whatsoever… I’m a good tenant and have never been late on rent ever in my adult life. Is it so hard to ask an apartment complex to have the same expectations???? This is so frustrating. I haven’t even been here that long."
"I went to the property today to get information and a tour. Right away the lobby smelt great and we got a warm welcome from Deana! The tour was incredible and the apartments are beautiful and well kept! Deana did a fabulous job. I'm looking forward to the application process."
