"From the very beginning the entire team have been nothing but welcoming! The application process was made super easy by being provided a computer to do it on. The property was definitely a huge upgrade from my last place. Tons of color, great amenities and even a water machine to fill out jugs! Never seen that in an apartment complex before. "I'm not even one to write reviews but I have nothing but great things to say about SV. Is it perfect? No. Every apartment community has some issues but overall the staff is fantastic both in the office and around the complex. We love our space and any issues we've had come up in the last year (which have been minimal) have gotten addressed quickly. I'm not particularly fond of the area but that's beyond management's control. I feel like units are fairly priced as well. Of course there are some inconsiderate tenants who don't pick up after their pets or keep their areas tidy but the staff does a great job a managing this as well."

"Great community to live. Residents are nice and very friendly. We liked here compared to previous community we lived. Always clean and they always have community engagement from the office with rewards and stuff. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Security is always around the property making sure everything is good and night patrolling checking always to make sure community is safe."
