"I wouldn’t go as far as to say that this is the best apartment complex, however, it’s decent. A few of my main issues would be that the neighbors don’t really pick up after themselves - not even trash literally in front of their doorstep, we are forced to pay online which results in at least a $2.99 fee per payment, that should be included as part of our rent since we’re forced to pay via that method, & the water has been turned off for entire days almost. On a positive note, the maintenance men that work here are polite and kind. It’s usually quiet except for when a neighbor decides to host a party at 3am. Most neighbors here are friendly. There’s a lot of stores in walking distance if you don’t have transportation. My advice if you move here is to thoroughly inspect & take pictures of your unit before bringing in personal items. My kitchen appliances were all dirty, none of the switches controlled outlets, holes, loose fixtures, much was needed to bring the apartment up to par. My “move in ready” apartment wasn’t at all move in ready. They only have 1 woman cleaning all the units, they don’t hire a cleaning company."
"We have been asked to leave reviews in order to win a TV, the flood of recent positive reviews do not accurately represent the living experience here. There’s a plethora of problems. Random people will come to drink and smoke in our parking lots, residents here will also sit in the parking lots drinking with friends at late hours (12am and on), multiple residents are living with mold, AC units are constantly leaking or going out (get ready to have to have a bucket sitting in your hallway to collect the water for months), today we were given only a 5 minute notice before the water was shut off, residents leaving their smoke paraphernalia all over, children unattended throwing rocks and other items at walls and windows, people leaving trash on their patios and walkways. The lack of care and effort here is astounding. The horror starts once you sign your lease. There are many hazards when it comes to children - open electrical boxes, random uncovered sources to street utilities, cigarettes, cigar packaging, broken bottles and glass all over. The maintenance men are young and don’t seem to know what they’re doing at times. Damage will be covered or painted over, not actually fixed. The electrical, plumbing, and HVAC needs to be updated. They need to hire professional technicians to work on utility issues, not just their buddies who knows a few things. This apartment complex needs different management, they need people who want to make a difference."
"I’ve been here for about 1 month so far I’m happy with the place very quiet and nice office stuff very helpful and cordial always ready to help and very pleasant Maintenance I had not issues yet so far so good Other tenants no problems at all yet I recommend this place for anyone that’s looking for a place to live Thank you."
"I've lived here for several years and I can say that the current management is the best by far. They're always available for any issues and work in a timely manner to resolve them. They also have an open line of communication notifying us of any upcoming maintenance that's needed or if there's any issues It's a quiet place to live never had any issues with other tenants"
"Lady at front office with big nose has a bad attitude problem. No notice of painting literally had our whole apartment smelling like paint fumes with our one year old daughter inside. Had to leave for almost a week before the smell cleared. They shut off water randomly without notice. Got my catalytic converter stolen from my car in these apartments. The man up front is nice but the girl working there needs a real attitude adjustment. I would only reccomend moving here if you have no where else to go. Was promised a credit for them falsely evicting us after they couldn"t find the paperwork from previous management. Still havent received that either."
