"The doctors are actually pretty great. Have been coming for several years and haven’t had any bad experiences except getting the staff to send out referrals in a timely fashion. They’re a bit slow. Also the facility is pretty gross. Very old and dated. The lobby is old and very dated, chairs in the waiting room are ugly and very uncomfortable. The walls are drab, the kids play table and toys old and very worn. It’s not a very inviting or clean looking place which is a problem because children find it difficult coming to see the doctor as it is and to come to a place that is basically ugly just makes it worse."

"Doctor Pendleton is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and is one of the best doctors I've met. She is patient and kind and really cares about children. The front desk staff has been terrific for us, and Joan was patient and helpful while we navigate an insurance change. I'm happy to have found a long-term doctor for my new child. I had previously accidentally left a low rating when I pulled up this office on google maps to navigate, but even with just that, the practice still replied and cared that I appeared to have had a bad experience, and I'm glad they did so I could correct the bad score and write a review!"

"I've been taking my daughter here for quite some time. I like how fast we can get in anytime she's not well. I like how easily calling for an appointment can be. Dr. Pendleton is an angel. I'll never forget the moment she recognized I was a single mom raising my child on my own. Her thoughtful and caring words still stand out to me, in the forefront of my thoughts. I've only ever had one real issue, here, with a PA, I believe. I didn't care for how she came across judging me and my daughter for the 2lbs weight gain difference. I guess, for this doctor, she likes to see kids gain only 5lbs per year. My daughter gained 7lbs in over a year/under a year and a half (since the last visit). The other condescending comments don't need to be mentioned since we no longer see that individual. Each room is individually themed. Each time we come in, we enjoy the front office staff."

"Large families beware! I have been with this office for 10 YEARS! I even kept driving in after I moved almost 2 hours away! I get a reminder today via phone call that my infant is due for an appointment. I mention that my twins are also due and can I schedule them as well. Almost every time I bring all 5 of my kids for their annual check ups and regularly bring my twins and infant together. This has NEVER been an issue and they have been happy to accommodate. Especially with my oldest being autistic and special needs. So when I ask for the same service I've ALWAYS received I am told no. I said well the twins will come either way since I don't have care for them. They tell me siblings can't come. This is absolutely insane. I've recommended so many moms in my community to this office. Saying its worth the drive. Especially for moms with twins. When I ask why there was the change they say they are under new management. That sealed it for me. I'm removing my 5 children and letting everyone know if you have more than 2 kids don't go here."
