"My children has been going here since they’ve been born and we’ve always had a pleasant experience. What brought us in this last and I mean very last time that we’ll ever be back, is my 11 yo daughter persistent cough as we all know that this is the season for higher rsv cases. I believe my daughter was not assessed properly and as I was asking questions about additional treatment Dr. Patel threw her credentials in my face then proceeded to ignore me as I was speaking for my child and only spoke to my child as if I was not in the room. Ashamed and hurt that now I will have to find another primary provider for my children’s needs."

"Physicians and nurses are amazing. Since they changed to PCH. Front desk staff is rude and unsupportive. Billing is a nightmare. We have been sent to collections twice. The first was our fault for a change in address, the 2nd round was paid thru insurer. Payment was returned as the department didnt process in time and sent us to collections. We haven't received correspondence in mail, email, or phone call. Will have to change PCP going forward. Bigger loss for PCH for not obtaining proper support staff as we donated several hundred a year to this organization."

"We have been taking my son to Pheonix Childrens Pediatrics ever since he was born. He turned 2 last month and due of his 6 months wellness check. The Dr.Konaki was helpful and supportive and even the staff but not sure this time we got an appointment after 3 weeks of waiting at 1:30 pm. We got there at 1:35 and checked in. Waited for 20 min and the NP showed up took the vitals then asked us to wait in a room until Dr Shows up. I have waited for 40 min and then asked the staff about the Dr if it is going to take some more time that way I can cancel my work meeting call, they sent me back into the room saying they would update.Another 10 min went by and nobody turned up. I got out to the reception and was explaining the delay, she replied that she dint know I was waiting. I said this is ridiculous and they should have update me on the time check instead of keeping me in blind, she said sorry I will inform the provider and the management. I have no issues with the Dr konanki bud the staff should keep us informed on the delay so I can plan accordingly. I had to leave and cancel the appointment"
