"We have lived at Toscana for almost a year in several units. Bldg.10 is good if you are looking for a decent short term furnished rental with the basics. It works well for that. There are many other units that offer a wide range of items if you are looking for more of a longer term "home" feel. Dillon and Karen are great to work with. Some issues have popped up but Dillon takes care of things promptly with great follow up and communication. They have been very accommodating to me and my family. My one suggestion would be to stay on top of the cleaning move-in/move out crew. Could be better. The grounds are great, well maintained and the location is excellent. Enjoy your stay."

"I travel for my job often and I have a low bar for expectations. My four months at Toscana was beautiful and conveniently located, but Creel Mgmt was so much work and money to deal with that it was not worth it. The service was comparable to a third world country. They were unorganized by misplacing rent checks and misdirecting everyone's mail; they were unclear and miscommunicated about prices; they were irresponsible and allowed water to drip from my ceiling for 3 days; and careless for making people wait on them for hours because they did not want to use schedules or honor a set time to meet. The facilities were mostly nice, except for the dozens of cockroaches I killed (despite the lack of food and garbage in my unit), and except that the garage door and fob key for pedestrian doors often failed. Two thumbs down for service and two stars for great location and a clean pool."

"We may never leave! In our recent move from Chicago to Phoenix we decided to rent for 6 months to figure out where we wanted to buy a home. We only had 45 days after our home in Chicago went under contract and we knew finding a place would be a challenge, especially in the Arizona "high season". Marisol Ryner came to our rescue and found us a unit in the amazing community of Toscana! She managed to snag us a beautifully furnished unit for 6 months at a price that was budget friendly for us. We love it here! We can walk to the mall, movies, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The community has a wonderful pool and health club facility too! Marisol was extremely professional, upbeat, and informative. She has such a "can do!" philosophy and was quick to respond to our many questions. If you need a place to stay for a few days or for half a year...this is a great place to check out!"

"The room and facilities were overall very nice. Great rooms, wifi works well, allowed late checkout. But, if you're wanting to relax poolside and are staying during a busy time of the year, do not stay here. It was almost impossible to find an open lounge chair from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. We were very disappointed since enjoying the sunshine in Phoenix in March is a main reason we traveled to the area. We will not be staying here again."
