"We love Dr Donnie!! She was our children’s Dr and now she is our two grandchildren’s Dr. we absolutely love her. Not sure about the mix up we are having with the staff calling in the children’s medication. They called the wrong pharmacy."

"It looks like quite a few people came here to make the Same post as me.. we have been coming to Dr Fleischaker since my daughter was a newborn. My daughter is 9 years old now.. as everyone else has said, things are completely different at that office now. Every single time you make an appointment you have to re-give them your child’s for medical history. They have nothing on file. There are so many new employees now no one knows you or your child. I was actually always shocked that Ashley, Carly and nurse Laura were still there all that time, I understand new employees come along, but the new staff doesn’t really speak any English so I’m not sure how I am supposed to communicate with anyone about my child when I only speak English. Also, the new nurse is absolutely horrible and suggested giving my four-year-old morphine to sedate him for blood work, this has never ever ever happened before. We love dr. Fleischaker but she is also completely different as a doctor now. The fact that they would even suggest drugging my child for blood work is absolutely insane and I know it never would’ve happened in the past as I’ve been coming there for so many years. But the doctor also within five minutes of having an appointment with my four-year-old son suggested he was autistic.( after we waited a veryyyyy long time) no I am sorry he is just only four years old and it’s pretty hard to expect him to just hang around the doctors office for several hours after seeing the doctor for about five minutes the only person that we saw Wes the nurse who has literally no bedside manner. We have AHCCCS but the doctor asked us how do you have good insurance now right and I said well we are looking to switch to my husband’s because he started a new job but we are still on.ahcccs right now. Once I said that you could tell her entire demeanor changed, and when they struggle, getting bloodwork from my son is when they suggested giving him morphine and also gave me paperwork to go to the Heather county health care clinic like they didn’t even want us there if we only had. Ahcccs… it is absolutely devastating, but we will never ever go back. My children’s last appointment was back in October and it took me this long to write a Google review because of how devastated I was if I knew where Carly work or were Ashley work or when Nurse Laura worked I would be there in a second, but we will not be back to see. Dr Fleischaker again"

"Extremely disappointed and a huge waste of time. Had an appointment today for my daughter at 4:15 that should of been quick, it was just a couple of vaccines. 30 min of waiting in the lobby and another patient walks in. They checked in and got called back a min later! I stood up immediately and asked how much longer, that we’ve been waiting for over a half hour and that we should be next. The receptionist replies “I checked you in” and the other nurses looked confused and brought us back to a room. Again we waited almost a half hour and had to open the door to check to see if they forgot about us again. They said oh we’ll get it ready right now. Waited a bit longer, about to walk out and leave at this point then finally 1 1/2 hours later they give my daughter her vaccines. Absolutely ridiculous! Would NOT recommend or plan on coming back. I had enough time sitting there waiting that I was able to find a new pediatrician down the street."

"I had been taking my 4 year old here since birth. It was a pediatrician's office but now it's a family practice with all ages. They no longer have any past patient's medical files in office. Its all in storage. They have no medical history on hand as it still needs to be scanned into the new system. My appointment was at 230 yesterday. There is always a wait before being brought back for vitals and getting a private room which seems to be getting longer each time we visit. We waited in the waiting room until 345 and when I asked, they couldn't tell me how soon they would be able to bring us back. Seems like the appointments were overbooked. There was no soap in the bathroom, paper towers or anything to dry hands with, so I had to use toilet paper."

"It is heart breaking that I have to write this review. Dr. Fleischaker is an amazing doctor she was my doctor when I was a kid and has been my daughter’s pediatrician. This place was always welcoming, and now it’s the complete opposite. Today there’s so many new faces and it’s extremely unprofessional. They used an adult blood pressure cuff on my less than 90 pound daughter. The medical assistant seemed if I was bothering her when she asked the reason why I brought her in. This is not the Pax pediatrix I know and unfortunately, I will be having to search for a new pediatrician for my daughters."
