"Since living here my air conditioner has caught fire 3 times. My neighbors (before moving) had a really serious fire in the attic space between our apartments. That fire displaced me and my pets for a few hours while fire fighters went through my attic space to get to it. Oh oh oh if you think that's the highlight of these fabulous apartments wait until you here about the homeless that sleep on porches at night. Or the drug deals by the dumpster... Oh speaking of dumpsters the 2 by 8 foot strip of gravel behind the dumpsters is our "dog park" which is routinely covered in glass by the people who drink out there!! If you wanna piss away 1700 a month than this is your place!!!!"

"Office staff is amazing. Residents are nice. Never had an issue that was more of an annoyance (like a quinceanera that lasted til 3a on Saturday night into Sunday). Just renewed our lease and not looking to move anytime soon! Olga is a blessing to this place and keeps it running smooth."

"I put two starts because I have been in these apartments for more than 3 year firstly the apartments are infested with cockroaches secondly they don't pay attention to those who being here more than 2 years there are people who don't eat because the stove don't work the apartments turning ugly because the floor of wood making cracks old wood look ugly too also the furniture is so rotten. They put washing machines in the new apartments but what happened to those of us who been in these apartments for more than 3 years, and washing the clothes we have to pay 1.75 to wash also to dry the clothes but the washing machine did not work and we need to pay more than 1,000 dollars to leave in this apartments esle they don't open the pool in summer."
