"Poor management. Terrible community. Maintenance does not fix anything. Plumbing is terrible. No water everyday and clogging all day everyday. Missing ceiling tiles. Do not move there. They charge you nearly 4 months of rent in 1 week. Scam scam scam."
"They show newly remodeled apartment but when you move in. The apartment in nothing like what you seen. Everyone shares the electricity bill because it's all on one meter you can't pick your own electricity company. So if somebody uses extra electricity other than you you're basically helping them pay their electricity bill because it's off of a meter base not your own meter. You're paying water garbage and for a valet garbage community fees that's unnecessary and sewage. when you go pay your rent you have to pay an extra fee to bring in a money order for you to pay your rent and a extra fee to pay online just to pay your bills. The safety gates to keep the tweakers out. It would be a nice place if they actually fix the apartments up and get the safety gates fixed. If they give everyone their own electrical meter and let us use whatever company we want for water and gas and take off all them fees for valet trash. They need to put central air in the units because you don' control your heat or air conditioning they do. That is a big problem for me. ."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE. The worst experience of my life. There were constant issues with water shut offs, the A/C was turned off for repairs every other week, They left us with no a/c for almost a month during peak summer. Also, moldy walls, pest infestation and backup toilets. No hot water for 6 months.The mailboxes were damaged at one point the postman stopped delivering to the entire complex so we had to personally pick up our mail at the maryvale post office. There were constant gunshots, had car break-ins, stolen patio furniture, children playing with rocks broke our living room window multiple times…. The list goes on. Poor management and communication overall. They don’t care about your living conditions and NEVER answer the phones or return voicemails. Maintenance request are ignored. Everything about this place is terrible. Steer clear. They will charge you for amenities and utilities that are unusable and an apartment that is unlivable. I’m so happy to be out of here."
"EDIT *** Got a charge for $1,700 for “damages” & “cleaning”. It’s almost laughable how bad this experience has been. Taking this to court because there’s no way this can even be possible. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. INFESTED WITH ROACHES. Like beyond normal AZ heat roaches. If you have anything you care about don’t bring it to live with you here because you’ll just have to throw it away when you move because it’ll be INFESTED. The worst management EVER. I moved in with the old management they sucked & this new management sucks just as much. Nothing gets done. There’s basically no maintenance. The property is a pigsty. All of the staff at the front old & new are horrible. They’re so rude, never do what you tell them to, I almost didn’t get my new apartment because they just didn’t answer the renters email until I literally called them, stayed on the line for an hour & had to make them to it. The rent is actually ridiculous for this place. Oh & all utilities are shared so even if you don’t use it you still pay for the vacant apartments they just let the homeless use. My utilities were over $500 a month even when I was out of town. My unit was not cleaned when I moved in & was never cleaned by them after that. New management told me I wouldn’t be charged for any damages (since it was all there when we moved in & no one fixed it) but we’ll see if they’re just liars like the last ones were."
"Best day at this complex was moving OUT! THIS IS A SLUM LORD PROPERTY..So I've been living here since October and there's been quite some issues from water being shut off, to no hot water, to no ac ,to being on day 11 without gas. With rent and utilities the most I have paid is $967. However being late can be pricey. No washers and dryers(3/14/2019 still no sign of washers and dryers) Update March 1 2019 NO HOT WATER AND NO GAS STILL DON'T COME HERE THEY WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR COMPLAINTS. They are still moving people in too smh..what has this world come to. Get ready to call the city alot that's the ONLY way to get a reaction or answer. If you need help leave a comment I have all the pdfs and I dont mind helping the more complaints the more we may finally be heard as we ask for help. I also finally got pest control yesterday after requesting it for almost 5 months. It's a requirement by the way people just like hot water, ac and windows(sad I have to put windows smh). I have my 24 hour notices ready for the summer in case the ac goes out again. Let's do this! I'm ready! By the way those 2 weeks of no gas have turned into almost a month. Keep you updated. Got gas back as of March 11th and yesterday March 13th a new water shut off notice for a "leak". Here we go again.March 25 2019 Still trying to get maintenance tickets closed with 6 months left on my lease and NOTHING we also have no A.C. DON'T COME HERE I'm serving them another 24 hour notice today so that me and the families here can survive the summer and get through our leases. 3/26/2019 April is a crook that's the office manager she refuses to even speak to residents, then again I wouldn't either if I was ripping people off. Zachary from MEB(3rd party mgmt) is just as bad and doesn't care about the well being of the residents either. I just served a 24 hour notice yesterday to help my fellow neighbors who have rights just like me because we have no A.C! I also served a 5 day to have maintenance in my home done because even though they say submit the request online it doesn't matter. I've been asking for 7 months almost for the SAME issues to be resolved! No wonder the waiving fees.. DON'T MOVE HERE YOUR PAYING FOR NOTHING! April 15 2019, was let out of my lease. I'm sure moreso to not have to deal with me. Do yourself a big favor and keep looking this is a terrible place to live. IF you choose to live here be prepared to have on hand copies of 5, 10 and 24 hour notices. 7 months after move in they hurriedly came to my home to "fix" the issues they were cited for. No-one should have to go through this. The office staff is full of SNAKES especially the manager April. She will lie because with the backup of an attorney from the complex that apparently she can use at her own discretion..she needs to be fired. She lied about me making a scene in the office after another staff member has just told me over the phone to come and speak with that same manager. She said I burst into the office yelling at everyone and then I supposedly forced myself into her office. No i came in there after being told to and when she said she was "busy" she's been busy 7 months apparently smh..i walked to her office door opening NOT going in I told her she needed to stop dodging me and to take care of people I also told her she was a f****n b***h slum lord and told her she's taking money from people and expecting them to live in squalor! I know what I did and if she felt some sort of way she wouldn't be trying to come in my home to "make sure her staff fixed my issues" something that should be done on EVERY apartment PRIOR to move in! Learn how to be a manager! I have told MEB they need a new manager. But judging by this location I'd keep trash in the office if I knew I wad ruining people's lives too. Outta here! It's not worth it people!"
