"When I first moved there, it was all fine and dandy. Everything was working well my light bill was just really really high the first year of living there literally I was paying around $400 a month because it’s so hot. You have to run your AC from April until November on top of that. It is roach infected. You have to get a thorough treatment and you won’t see any but if your neighbors have them you will have them unless you get treatment to run them back out. Don’t let anything break it will take several months for things to get fixed because they are short Staffed with Maintenance. Here are some examples: for instance, my stove went out it took several weeks for them to have someone come in and check out my stove. They then replace the bottom part that heats up that kept blowing out every fuse in my home every time you cut it on. basically I was told on numerous occasions that my stove was on order I never received it. so basically I was without a stove for over six months. My dishwasher was broken that was removed. I never received. my back door lock jammed I wasn’t able to exit so we had one-way in one-way out which was the front door. I put in a work order two weeks later nothing happened back door still jammed so basically, I just packed up my children and we left. I put my 30 day notice in that was the best decision that I can make. They are really beautiful apartments. They are just in the wrong neighborhood my suggestion would be hire maintenance people that actually know how to fix things and hire more than one maintenance person because that is too much work for one person they need at least 2 to 3 Maintenance guys To be able to come and fix things right away. and they need to relocate these apartments to a better neighborhood. around the corner there are a group of homeless people that just camps out. The city will come and make the homeless leave but they don’t do anything but come right back overall the neighborhood is scary/it looks abandoned, but the apartments are nice and really stands out. Seriously they need to move those apartments To a more modern neighborhood."
"Never been here, might have walked by but never stopped."
"Great front office staff and maintenance crew support! In the four years I've been here I received excellent service."
"I have lived here for couple years. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. My kids and I love living here. Maintenance does a great job when my apt has repairs, very knowledgeable."
"Unpleasant living for a community that is NOT. The pool is rarely utilized by residents and is closed a lot due to kids and people that do not reside here. The office door is locked a lot during business hours. The maintenance is friendly, yet overwhelmed due to the office not documenting work orders. Overall, this community could be a lot better if the office was more active by getting off the ass. 1. Be here on time and have the door open during office hours 2. Remove non residents/non guesses from the pool(they are right at your office window during office hours and visible when they climb the secured gate) 3. document and do all workorders within 24 hours, unless an emergency. This isnt the maintenance fault since the office doesnt put them in the system. 4. If you are going to enforce a no smoking policy, by law, you can only apply it from the common area of the property, not the city sidewalk or people smoking in their personal vehicle on a city owned street. There are many people that walk thru and drive thru here and yet there is no equivalent to the enforcement. overall, there is inconsistancy and laziness with this management. They are placing a blind eye to the drug dealers that live here and they dont charge them, yet they charge against peoplethat want a peaceful and quiet living. Sounds like a TRUMP property"
