"I lived there for a year with my daughter and we really didn't have any issues. I moved out and my daughter and her partner stayed for another year. This was my daughters 1st experience in renting her own place. They decided to move out this year cause it was just TOO expensive for a couple just starting out on there own. I am appalled at Rosa and her team for treating my daughter less than, dare l say human. No one even had the nerve to do the walk thru with my daughter after moving out. What kind of establishment does that. You should be ashamed, all of you."

"Very peaceful and serene location with easy access to shopping and South Mountain hiking trails. Nice, clean and well maintained property, but what really impresses me is the professionalism, friendliness, and competence its staff: Rosa, the community manager ensures a smooth running operation but always takes the appropriate time to address resident needs. Alliyah, in the office, is patient and compassionate in responding to tenant needs, and will get Rosa involved, when warranted. Armando has completed many maintenance requests for me. He is always friendly, helpful, and usually goes above and beyond in helping me resolve issues."

"Living there was okay, mediocre. Big problems, horrible bird poop issue. I cleaned thoroughly and she charged me for cleaning and new carpet. I’ve lived in 14 apartments and never had a bad experience."

"What can I say it was nothing but a pleasure living here. The beautiful naturistic landscape of the building gives off a calming energy that makes you forget you are even living in arizona. Any and all issues that I had at my apartment were answered at the touch of a button with intelligent thoughtful handymen who took great pride in their work. The management office was tough but fair and very lenient when they had the opportunity to be. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to call home and would give them the peace of mind to know you, your belongings, and your friends and family will be safe at Rancho Ladera.
