"If I could give 10 stars I would. It’s been the BEST apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. The location is perfect and you have everything you need in a two mile radius. Maintenance is super quick and always on top of it. Grounds are beautiful and always kept clean. The front office staff truly make sure you have the best riata living experience possible. I’m sad to leave but will always recommend Riata."

My brand new, never lived in apartment in Phoenix doesn’t even compare to Riata. I would consider moving back even if it made my daily commute longer again. 10/10 recommend."

"I’ve lived at Riata since February 2020 and this has honestly been the best community I’ve lived in!!! Even with new management changes, they have still consistently communicated with the community and keep up the property so well. I mean they are ON IT. Maintenance quickly resolves any issues and management has addressed any concerns. I’ve always felt safe— night or day. The community is quiet and residents are friendly! It’s worth checking out."

"New Resident: Just a brief background so you can understand the importance of this review. I am a Marine veteran and only leave reviews for extremely poor or excellent service. Needless to say this review is for excellence. My fiance and I were looking for a new place and happened to stumble upon the Riata. The entire leasing process was incredibly streamlined and easy to understand. The staff paid attention to detail and were quick to respond to our questions in a courteous way. We have now been living at the Riata for about 2 weeks. I love the atmosphere and attitude of the staff. The amenities are fantastic with a great gym, large pool and spacious clubhouse. There is plenty of parking and you can purchase more spaces if needed. The only gripe I could possibly come up with is security. As a security professional there are some lapses but none to be concerned about. There is construction going on still but that's another thing I love about this place is the noise proofing. I have yet to hear neighbors or any obnoxious noises. This is also due to the fact that the community appears to be working professionals that respect quiet hours and privacy. Overall I am very critical person that finds it hard to be critical about the Riata. Great job to all the staff and Eric who helped us through our lease."

"Riata is gorgeous! The gym is five star, you definitely don't need a membership elsewhere. There is an abundance of natural lighting in the homes and the floor plans are well thought out. Love!"
