"Let me start with the typical, I NEVER take the time to write reviews and it's true, PLEASE READ. This is by far the WORST property management company I have ever had to deal with. Daniella and Dean were rude and unprofessional from the beginning. I called Daniella about an issue at the property I was renting and she literally SCREAMED at me, screamed, a working professional and then would disconnect the calls. I am a strong willed personality and am fairly straight forward with things due to my limited schedule as a single mom, I just don't have the flexibility they seem to think I should have. I would have what I thought was a normal conversation to arrange a repair, with different days and times discussed in a professional manner and then when I spoke to them again Daniella would accuse me of horrendous behavior that I, as an adult, would never exemplify to another professional. When COVID hit, I had to break my lease early, I let them know ahead of time with plenty of notice that I would be unable to pay rent and instead of squatting would prefer to find a new tenant. They agreed to waive their fees if I found someone to take over the remainder of the lease, which I DID. I kept the property in better condition than it was in when the keys were turned over to me. I had a bi-weekly housekeeper, no pets, and worked full-time with a one hour commute and split custody of 3 kids. Needless to say, we spent very little time in the home itself. Upon my move out I deep cleaned EVERY square inch of the home. The inside of the oven, the fridge, wiped down inside drawers and cabinets, deep cleaned bathrooms, the WHOLE chi-bang. I knew I needed my deposit money back, single and now jobless mom. There was a small amount of chalk left on the back wall because my kids took to it as a hobby during quarantine, nothing some rain wouldn't have washed away as I had already sprayed it down. The yard had been recently maintained, it wasn't perfect but as I stated, it was in better condition than when I had moved in. Which by the way, Dean was cleaning himself (NOT professionals) the day I got my keys. He was walking around with paper towels stuck to the bottom of his filthy feet "mopping" the whole tiled downstairs (you can't make this stuff up), the carpets weren't professionally cleaned, there was hair in all the bathrooms still. BUT I needed to get moved in and knew I had housekeepers and I would clean it up myself after moving in anyways. I notated EVERYTHING on my move in sheet. Every knick on every wall, the fact that the baseboard were dirty, all of it. They robbed me of my deposit money claiming that none of those things had been cleaned or done. I got a bill for $300 for a YARD CLEAN UP - this is a yard with zero plants and zero grass, excuse me? I also got a bill to clean carpets that HADNT even been cleaned for MY move in! Then I also got a $400 - YES - $400 bill for a housekeeper to clean and ALREADY CLEAN HOME! Yet - Dean cleaned the home himself for MY move in. I have sat in how to handle the situation for months and will 100% be taking them to small claims court. Anyone who set foot into that home during my time would tell you that it was spotless and well maintained (mostly due to my OCD and Anxiety disorder). To rob a single mother of 3 of deposit money even after I had a conversation with Dean the day I got the keys and he said and I QUOTE "the tenants always say they clean so they get their deposit money back but I always have to come in to clean it more, but we've never kept their money because we know the costs of moving". A few days before I moved out, my oven stopped heating, I let Daniella know it was broken and she said they would have it looked at. Luckily, it started working again on its own so that I could continue to cook for my CHILDREN the last week we were in the home because Daniella never made any attempt to communicate a repair. They way they run their business and how they treat their tenants is disgusting and they should be ashamed."
"Best property management company! Daniella, as busy as she is, always made time to answer our questions and kept our stay stress free. Renewing our lease was super easy! Unfortunately, we had to relocate. Daniella and Dean worked hard to make sure we got back as much of our deposit as possible! Class act until the end! Thank you for everything!"

"This company is horrible at communication, and are very unprofessional. They use personal excuses which isn’t acceptable. Home and work should be kept separate no matter the circumstances. This company will make you pay 750+ in cleaning charges. It doesn’t matter if you spend hours cleaning, they don’t care. We told the company weeks in advance that we would like to schedule a walk through upon moving out. Not only did they disregard our request to be present during the move out inspection, but they charged us 8 days rent for the supposed time it took to clean the rental, even though we turned in our keys at the end of the lease with no issues...or so we thought."
"Horrible customer service and reliability. Very unorganized do not receive call backs. I rented from one of their properties and they had very bad communication. When I moved out I left the house clean and landscaping done as requested. I asked about security deposit and was ignored. Then rent was taken out of my account after I had moved out. Took them over a week to issue credit and 3 weeks later I still haven’t heard a word As to when I’ll be receiving my deposit. DO NOT RENT FROM ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES. They take zero accountability"
