"I am an apartment locator at Valley King Properties and I tour apartment communities on a regular basis. Recently, I stopped into Vista Sureno. Laura and Jenn were very friendly and you could tell that they were really happy to be there. They truly love their community and it shows in their enthusiasm. They made me feel like I was the most important person to them. I would bring potential tenants here and know that they would be happy to live there. If you are looking for an awesome apartment with an awesome golf course view, high ceilings and an amazing community staff go see Vista Sureno."

"I truly love this beautiful location at this apartment complex.The views are amazing when the sun is setting and the sun is rising on the golf course behind the complex. It's very clean, and I am truly blessed to live at this location. There is things that need work but doesn't there everywhere? We all just need to help each other. :)"

"You absolutely don't want to live here !!! SERIOUS WARNING WARNING NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Roaches constantly, lack of hot water, maint requests are ignored, and many many other unresolved issues. Conam owned is why they don't take care of the tenants or the building. No one to report to. Maintenance can't speak any English....seriously? I'm not kidding and every review is absolutely the truthful from prior and current tenants. I am changing my review since moving in Dec 2022 which was 5 stars. Now its May 2023 and I'm Changing it to two stars. Never expected id be so disappointed with the community i wish i had read the reviews prior to renting. I cant seem to get maintenance requests handled. There's crows living in.my ceiling for over two months nothing has been done about this issue and is a major health risk. Crows walking and chirpping and pooping in the ceiling making the restroom real of smell. Neighbors a/c unit is loud and disturbing still after complaining to office no one has done anything therefore I'm sleep on the couch for months. Loud humming and banging when going on/off. My quiet enjoyment has been infringed upon. PARKING: Spaces are very tight I've gotten so many door dents from other cars since movingin.. Property upkeep is not good leaves all over the parking lot and the stairs constantly It's always a mess. Parking sucks and where Is the handicap spaces? HOT WATER? No individual hot water heaters were on a boil we which water is never hot and must boil water to wash the dishes. I feel like I'm on a southern plantation. I shower off the property at my son's house. You can run the water for 30 min. Still barely gets warm. I'm very disappointed with the living conditions and regret getting 14 month lease. All the issues would be designated as slum landlord if this building was in Cali would have many health violations and citations. Update 1-29-24 Plumbing leaking u Der kitchen sink, made 2 maintenance requests after a week o repairs. Sent email to manager Laura about this issue..no response, week later called left message with answer service because no one ever answer the office phone. Finally maintenance arrived tighten a hose and left without cleaning up the water under the sink and actually told me to do it. Come to find out Laura delete the maintenance requests because she has a personal vendetta against me for writing bad reviews and had an account audit my payment history after Laura decided to increase my rent although I'm in a 14 month lease. Finally I complained to the city of phx who ordered an audit to find I they had nor been properly credit my account. Also I'm still sleeping on my couch because of a bad ac unit on my bedroom roof thar belong to another tenant."

"My partner and I lived at Vista Sureno for almost 3 years. We really enjoyed the unit we had. It looked like it had been recently remodeled. Though while we were living there they did have a big problem with their water lines. They had to constantly turn our water off to work on it. Though they did their best to let us know in advance. This is not a gated community and during our move out we had out motorcycle stolen from the parking lot. The lot doesn't have any cameras. Now that we are moved out, I have been in a 5 month struggle to get our deposit back. When someone finally responded they said that they were "Short Staffed" and that is why they couldn't reply to me. They claimed to have sent the check to us. Which turns out they sent it to the wrong address and someone else cashed it. I have given them my new address multiple times and they keep telling me my deposit check is on the way. Now I am at a point where they have stopped responding to my emails over this issue. While I enjoyed living there. This problem has put a real sour taste in my mouth."

"Good apartment until you move out: It was great when managed by PB Bell. Then in 2015 new management came in it started going downhill. The parking lots and walkways weren't regularly cleaned, leaves weren't blown in the winter time as much. On top of that the office staff was not as friendly as the previous staff, but that isn't the kicker. 6 months later after i had moved out i get a letter in the mail stating I owe $600 + dollars due to the management needing to paint and replace the carpets which were in normal wear and tear condition when i had left as well as replacing the counter tops and who knows what else. Seems like i'm paying for their own benefit in refurbishing the apartment as I left in pretty much the same condition I got it as. Of all the apartments I have lived, which is many I might add, Vista Sureno has been the only one to charge me for anything besides rent. Below are pictures I took when I moved out, see for yourself."
