"We lived at Santa Rosa apartments for a year with our two dogs . Veronica our leasing agent/manager was always very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We had a few minor maintenance requests and they were always taken care of very quickly and the maintenance team was always very helpful and professional. We moved out after our lease because needed a yard for our dogs otherwise we probably would have stayed longer. Thank you for making our stay at Santa Rosa a great one."

"I could agree more with V.R. The hottub and pool are supposed to be heated. But I feel like every weekend I try to check it out it’s ice cold. I’d be more than happy to adjust my review if their hottub and pool are consistently working."

"Have lived here for over a year. Im not exactly sure what’s going on with the hottub. I think they shut it off on the weekends now? But it appears every weekend or every other weekend it just “doesn’t work” maintenance is constantly informed about this. I know I’ve called about 7 times in the last 3 months about it. Every time I go to use it, it’s ice cold. Even the times they do heat it, it’s lukewarm at best… used to be hot all the time. Idk if it is a financial thing or what."

"The walls are so thin I know exactly when my neighbors digestive tract starts to work.. I hear every text, phone call and other various noises that should be kept private. The insulation is nonexistent, there is a foot of dead space between the upstairs and downstairs apartments making every noise amplified. The apartments are old and are going downhill quite fast. The management simply does not care, they are extremely lazy. I've never seen them walk the property. This is supposed to be luxury living, there is nothing luxury about it. There is trash all over the place, dog feces and things not working. All the amenities are subpar, the furniture by the outside grills is absolutely disgusting.. it is filled with holes, stains and has never been cleaned. The garbage cans along the property are overflowing. There are not enough dog waste stations along the property, people refuse to walk to throw their waste away, thus leaving it outside in the heat. The stations that are available are left full for days. There seems to be a new set of "rules" that they implement whenever they see fit. People that have been here for a long time are all leaving. This place is turning into a dump so fast. Other pluses: *Do you enjoy being woken up at 6am every Monday by landscapers summer or winter? Enjoy the wonderful sounds of lawnmowers right outside your bedroom window. *Love having your phone calls ignored? - Call when Raquel is there, she's the manager and never answers the phone. Good luck getting anything take care of. * Nosy older neighbors on both sides of the complex* - they enjoy taking balls from children playing outside and throwing them away. NOT TO MENTION RECORD KIDS PLAYING OUTSIDE OR IN THE POOL. *The grills are never clean and have caked on residue. * the pool and hot tub are not in the best state. The hot tub has so much chlorine in it, it'll burn your skin off. They treat model long time residents like trash. No wonder everyone is leaving. Horrible staff other than the maintenance and Cassandra. Rodrigo works so hard and he is holding the place down but he can only do so much with what he has been given. UPDATE: UPON MOVE OUT - YOU WILL BE HIT WITH MORE FEES. We lived here 4 years.They whip out a move out inspection list that is NOT given to you prior nor are the move out requirements communicated.The list goes through fees and prices for everything (tiny holes left by pictures $5/hole etc..) It's attached in the pictures below. Make sure to do the final walk through with them. Our apartment was left in pristine condition. They listed it available for move in on the 27th of September and we moved out on the 19th. We left it better than we moved in, we cleaned and patched everything.. it was not clean when we moved in. All was well besides the"oven" it was clean but not clean enough for them on the inside. Legally they are obligated to get the apartment professionally cleaned before moving someone else in. This is another way just for them to make more money from you. When asked why do we have to pay $25 for cleaning of the oven when it has to be cleaned anyway the explanation was that's just how it is. The maintenance man told me not to worry about patching anything that he would (we had a few pics hanging & tv's, everything else we used command strips) had I listened I would have had many more fees. If we had been given a list of requirements prior to move out that would be justified if we didn't do our part but since there was nothing provided this is a great way for them to get extra money. We also had a pre move out inspection done by them and not a word was said (no list given) other than the apartment looks great. Most residents are unhappy (we all talk). I kept telling them I used to love this place so much and you made me hate it. The staff is not knowledgeable, they need serious training, especially in communication and treatment of residents. All you ever get is sorry, nothing gets resolved nor explained. This place is a huge disappointment. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone."

"Horrible Staff, Con-artists, Liars. Did not find out until 3 days before scheduled move in that the unit would not be ready and they had to push it back 4 days. We were told the countertops and cabinets still needed to be replaced but everything else was ready. They said we could come get the keys and pay the move in costs this last Friday evening, when we finally got to see the apartment it was completely trashed. There were dents in the front door, marker and sharpie on almost every wall from the previous tenants children, the shelves in the bathroom were broken, the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling, toilet tank bolts were loose and about to fall, the washer and dryer were so old I have no faith they worked. Washer reeked of mildew and the dryer vent was still caked in lint, outlets missing safety plates, And worst of all was that some how management noticed NONE of this! We pointed out every issue and they acted as if they didn’t notice any of these before hand. The pictures only show half of the issues. They were not willing to offer any form of financial compensation or take any fees off the first months rent as an apology for putting us in this position. They basically told we can move in with the apartment in its current condition or not sign the lease. After already paying every deposit, setting utilities up for the unit, and doing everything else to ready to move in to the unit that day, we were forced to find another option. Do not trust this company, they do not care about your well-being and do not care if you go homeless. It’s run by 3 women who all run around like chickens without heads trying to manage this place and San Paulo just up the road. They obviously are not cut out for this work and cannot do their jobs properly. Shout out to Danielle who was always extremely nice on the phone at least with us, everyone else is still trying to figure out whether they put their pants on the right way that morning and it shows."
