San Remo Apartments 5755 North 59th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85301

"Do not .. I repeat do not move here . I dealt with horrible experiences here for 3 years. We finally got a bigger and cheaper apartment somewhere else. The san remo apartments are very small inside and full of mold. Lots of homeless people come on the property too and my car got broken in to 2 times. The office girls are very rude and have bad attitude! They don’t even change the carpets when they are filthy dirty, they just clean them and move people in like that. I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve been noticing a lot of people moving out. I also had homeless people camping out on my porch and I told the office and they didn’t do anything about it. The pools are always closed and dirty and the playgrounds have trash everywhere. Very ghetto place. I can’t believe I spent 3 years there ."

"Worse apartments to live at, the two ladies at the office plus the old manager don’t care about your needs as long as they are getting their commission for renting apartments, I’ve been 3 weeks with no washer because their guys broke it when they were suppose to fix my dryer only. Came in today again to let them know and with an attitude they said they didn’t know when I will get a replacement. I definitely don’t recommend these apartments their managers are the worse. If you don’t want your stuff fixed on a timely matter and want excuse after excuse move here I can guarantee you they will not fix your stuff. They fake being nice while you sign but once you’re in they don’t care. Worse experience of apartments and will not be renewing. :)"

"There a joke . The new company that bought them out . 9 months an nothing fixed. I can agree with every one else but only on the one front office younger chunky girl with the half blonde. She is very rude an lies a lot ! I’m glad I’m not there any more and I could not even take all of my things due to the roach problem from down stairs . I am not taking them with me to my new apartment. left voice mails with there corporate office an nothing. The lady that answered the phone at their corporate office told me she is instructed not to transfer to their main people or she will get into trouble. because I was telling her everything I have been dealing with an she said she understands it all an she is very sorry."

"I lived her from April 2020- November 2020 and it wasn't as bad as the area might seem. The staff were always helpful, and super professional, and even knew me by name. My unit was clean and in decent shape when I moved in, but there is definitely a cockroach problem. I sprayed my apartment myself every week and it definitely helped, but the one or two times I didnt, they were back with full force all over again. It was so embarrassing, and I know I wasn't the only one in the complex that dealt with it. I loved the space I got for the price, and my unit was great other than the bugs."
