"I have been living here for 2 years and I am so excited to be moving. If you want to pay $1,500 and up for a studio apartment, this place will make sure that happens! Constant fees, bugs and broken items are ensured here. When I tried to renew my lease last year they messed up my rent for 3 months straight, to the point where I had to go in person to their office multiple times a week for 3 MONTHS. The price increases never stop, the office staff never become more helpful. This place has been very disappointing to live in and I will not be spending a third year at Monte Viejo."
