"At first, we were really excited to move in here. The property was beautiful, and the apartments were nice and big. However, those rose-colored glasses were taken off pretty quickly. When we started moving in we payed all of the fees and rent we needed to. However, less than an hour of us checking out the apartment they called us and said they "undercharged" us. They had us go back into the office and pay ANOTHER $130 and resign a new move in cost sheet. The parking situation is ridiculous. If you get home during the day, you are probably fine. However, if you come home at night after working all day, good luck. Half the time, you have to park outside the complex, but with the construction going on, you have to wake up early to move your car anyway. Now, not only are you risking your safety, but also losing your sleep, that is unless you pay more for a reserved spot. Also, don't forget to add $50 to your rent if you pay online. Why? Because that's the service fee they charge. It's cheaper to send them a cashiers check. That fee is only $10."
"This place was okay. They have many scorpion’s I found 3 and was stung by one in my bed. During summer they have lots of large roaches around the pool. The water is always being turned off for “emergency reasons”. Short notices on water shut off. They are in the process of redoing pool and if you work from home and you live near the pool it’s extremely loud. You don’t get a covered parking spot good luck in the evening finding a parking spot. Also they don’t have guest parking they can only park in front by the office which is normally filled with residents since we don’t get assigned spots. When you decide to move out they also give you tons of extra fees so you won’t get your security deposit back. Give you $260 cleaning fee to clean microwave, washer dryer LOL."
"I really wanted to be able to renew and stay for another 15 months, but we have to leave due to our situation. Mahogany has been very helpful despite the fact that we aren't going to renew, and when we first moved in, Josie was great too! We lived on the 3rd floor with a courtyard view and a sunroom, and I can honestly say I feel like this is my home. The grounds are maintained well and the maintenance was very responsive. We have really enjoyed our stay here!"
"The management here is great, Josie and Christian, especially. They really do go above and beyond to help you out and clear up any issues you may be having. I decided to lease the studio with the sunroom because it has a massive closet, I have a mountain view, and it has the right amount of space for me! The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because this place is bit overpriced, as are most places becoming in Phoenix, and because I’ve run into a couple random issues I wasn’t stoked about.. but again, management does their best to help and sometimes that’s what comes with “apartment living” in general. The unfortunate part about this place is how it can look dirty outside due to the trash bags outside of doors and the dumpster overflowing. Also, to whom this may help: I pay around $1,500/ month for this apartment. The prices did increase around $325 from when I first leased in Dec. of 2020. I added photos so people can get an honest view of the size and space you’ll have with the studio/sunroom layout. Hope this helps"
