"I love it here at Cyprus! From the first day I noticed the leasing office answered their phone which was a plus and the hospitality in the leasing office had really drew my attention! Everybody was so polite and helpful. I have the 2 bed 1 bath plan and I must say it is huge but most importantly very nice! I appreciate everyone in the front office including Shawn( Assistant Manager) and the Leasing Manager. I would recommend Cyprus to anyone looking for a beautiful spacious home in a great community."

"Please, please, please - even if you’re desparate do not rent here. The office is incompetent at completing and filing the basic of information. After 2 months of living here the office calls and says the leasing agent who completed my move in paperwork did it incorrectly and I now have to pay an additional $300 deposit. When asked to show me the lease that I signed and I didn’t agree to that upon move in. The main office manager refused and said she would take us to court. Keep in mind this was already two months into my lease. It would have cost me more to fight in court (which they mentioned to me) so I just paid the deposit and moved on. I pay my rent on time each month and this month I paid it before the first to be on schedule. I received an email confirmation from the office stating my rent was paid on 2-29/24. Then today I get notification that my rent was never paid and now I owe over $170 in late fees. When I called the office about the mistake she said oh well call your bank. She refused to even assist me. If a lawyer is out there reading this please reach out because I believe what there are doing is scamming people for more fees. I have evidence and receipts. Do not rent from this company and if you do make your payments by money order or cashiers check not through their portal. The customer service here is non-existent."

"Don’t move in they have roaches and up charge and I told them about the roaches the first week I moved in they sprayed but it didn’t get rid of them! My washer machine was broken before I could use it!! The apartments are so cheap everything breaks and it’s so much. When I moved in it was 2 stars and I should’ve known but I needed a 2 bed for me and my daughter and I was in need. They probably pay for the reviews or give a gift because there is no way it’s 3 stars. If you don’t give 30/60 day notice they will charge you and make you stay!!! The first 2 weeks I was here my car was towed! They don’t have enough signs that say don’t park backwards they will tow your car without having registration or tags but my car is insured and has tags and not to mention it took the tow company 4 hours to respond to get my car out. Please watch out before moving in! They’re running a scam ! The office is way better than the apartments and they make the apartments look good to view and that’s how they get you. PS there is vinyl on the floors and it peels! this complex is a hot mess. But Sherri and Xavier are so sweet and that’s what helped me through it."

"At first I gave this complex a 5 star review. Everyone was nice, however when I was having issues with my washer it took four work orders and me having a photo of this issue for them to truly help me. My clothes were coming out gray and I couldn't understand why. Maintenance was telling me if it's working we can't replace it. I was so disappointed. I couldn't prove what was happening until the middle part came off on the washer and the entire middle was filled with mold! Ruined so many of my clothes. If you move here, and issues with maintenance... just call corporate. As soon as I told them I have proof with photos, they used some type of pods to fix. Washer is still old and dated though. Also, they let very questionable people move here. Had a neighbor move upstairs and you can totally tell nobody had a job and were spitting on the porch from upstairs. They were evicted within two months."

"Moved here 3 months ago. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Terrible management terrible rental agreement. They lie to the tenants. Take forever to fix things. Go inside your apartment without permission. Treat you with zero respect. They never close the gates at night and then wonder why there’s so much crime.ROACHES. I would never have moved here if I knew this is how it would be. The management and workers in the leasing office are useless. They tell you lies then when you move in and are stuck in a lease for a year the truth comes out. Do not live here this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life with an apt I’ve lived at. DO NOT BELIEVE THE “luxurious apartments” on there website."
