Seven Luxury Apartments 19800 North 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85024

"I haven't written any reviews before, but this is my first time reviewing my experience staying in seven apartments. I've been a resident in this community for the past eight years, and during that time, I've moved between multiple apartments within the same complex. However, during my recent move-out, I was surprised to be charged $1581.06. It's disheartening to have such a negative experience with the new management after all these years of living here."

"My upstairs neighbor left their water running in the tub fell asleep and flooded my apartment for like 3 hours. Two days later i was told that the apartment was livable with 20 fans blowing ,some evaporater with hoses into kitchen sink and one into shower. Wouldn't be able to talk or sleep with the noise of fans,but was told it was liveable. This was almost a month ago,all that has been done to fix this problem was a hole cut in roof and the fans that were put in. Smoke detectors were taken out the night of flood and were barely replaced a couple days ago but was told it's still liveable. The office keeps telling me that they waiting on contractor to see when they would be able to do the sheetrock,they never tried to get us a hotel. They fixed the guy upstairs flooring about a week ago. This is not luxury at all."

"This place we call home, is a wonderful community. The neighbors , along with the staff. ( Front Office and Techs ) Were kind of a tight family you could say. Cruz, is a tech here, always reliable and skillful. Alex, Front Office, nicest guy you will ever meet always trying to make you feel better then when you walked in."

"Just toured and what a great staff!! From the initial greeting to the actual tour, I felt like they cared about my needs. If I end up selling my home, Seven is where I’ll end up!"

"I just moved out of Seven Apartments after living there for a year. Overall I had a fantastic experience at this complex and have no complaints. The front office was always helpful, the pool and pool area was always clean, and I loved the layout of my apartment. The only downside is they only give you one parking spot per apartment which becomes a hassle at night time as there are often no spots and you have to park behind a gate and walk a bit (feels a bit unsafe sometimes as a woman). I did complain once about noise but it was resolved quickly. This is a great and affordable complex and I recommend it!"
