"I called this place over two months ago, and spoke to a gentleman that seemed very nice. We were looking around for a realtor, and he said he would like to sit down and meet us. We were trying to call him back several times after not hearing back by giving him the benefit of doubt of what’s going on in the world today, but no one answers the phone and VM is full as well. We found a team of realtors that we chose and are very happy about our choice that we made! Will never call this Remax location for our future home searches or sells ever again. It’s too bad, because I really thought Remax was a great real estate company until this happened."

"I drove by their office the day after New Years as I was interested in viewing a house in Ahwatukee. I had a frusterating experience with another company and was hoping to find some real estate broker to help me view a nearby property. We came by Rod and Jeanette's office and even though they didn't have official office hours they were willing to help. They both took us to the property and filled us in on important details in home buying. It was a VERY considerate thing to do on their day off and I am very grateful to them for such great help.
