"Aparment full of tweakers and cockroach infested. Our tweaker neighbor is having s3x in our outside closet with his tweaker friends, they even put a towel on the floor. The WHOLE complex is also full of roaches so prepare yourself to spend all your savings on paying an awful looking apartment with terrible management and wake up with cockroaches running through your face Wish it was a fake comment, sadly it’s not"

"This apartment complex has a severe German roach infestation across the whole apartment complex. When brought to attention the staff, especially the employee "Laura", they became irrate and started raising their voice and talking over me. They lied about attempting to remedy the problem, and then falsified documents stating they entered the dwelling in a attempt to remedy the issue. Ring cameras and a change of locks says otherwise as they don't have access without my permission yet still produced false documents stating they attempted to correct the issue."

"Management was extremely rude towards the end. Britney was awesome, she moved on I guess? Lagit charged 5 star prices for 1 star quality. The grounds were kept up nicely but the inner apartments where as cheap as they came. We had a leak the day we moved in... The drain leaked into the bedroom every time it rained. Light fixtures fell on our heads... Upstairs toilet drained into our apartment... Cockroaches where everywhere. Neighbors were pretty cool. Except the ones that owned and not renting. Over all I would never live here again."
