"Previous Tenant- I lived at this complex for 4 years. I would have loved to stay but my family expanded and needed more space. The Manager Cinthia is truly God sent. She provided me with resources when I was medically and financially unable to afford my rent. The community resource that I was directed to also had nothing but amazing things to say about her as well. She could have easily evicted me! This is a great family oriented complex. Cinthia and her staff truly care about grounds keep, maintenance, and community. I am blessed to have met her. Thank you for a listening and caring ear Ms.Cinthia. Thank you for never giving up on me! Thank you for providing community resources/support during my financial crisis."

"I have been living here for almost 2 years now. I love the floor plan and our little yard. Bedrooms are HUGE with very large walk-in closets. Cinthia and office staff have always been amazing to me, and maintenance requests have been handled quickly and efficiently. I wish the patio was covered a little more and I wish we had more cupboard and drawer space in the kitchen, though! Prices may force me out next year, which will be very sad because I love it here."

"I've lived here for about 3 months now and I can say this apartment complex is great. The complex staff is quick to respond and if you need any maintenance done, they are quick and efficient! They are very kind. The neighbor are nice too, Everyone kind of keeps to themselves right now due to the pandemic, but occasionally I'll get a "hello" from someone in their yard! The apartments are nice and so is the community, highly recommend this place! Only downside to this whole complex is that some neighbors will play loud music late at night. The complex is doing their best to handle this but of course ultimately they can only do so much. I still love living here and hope the rest of my time is still great."
