"Current resident of Morada rise Indian school rd location for almost a year. STAY AWAY! When they say remodeled they mean “managers special” baseboard painted over, carpets that are clean but with evidence of mold. Not only the carpet but vents, just look for yourself. They won’t give you a glance at any models available because there never is one to view. Management is better run by toddlers who know common communication skills. Worst rated community, if you like less than adequate management, staff, and gun shots every night, this is the place for you."

"The manager Sydney is so helpful. I called to ask A LOT of questions and she answered them all efficiently. I was looking into these apartments and she really sold me on the place. She assured me that she takes her time with her residents and spends a lot of time making the place look nice. REALLY excited to make my next steps with Sydney!!"
