"I moved here in November and it’s been an easy process! They made applying easy and stress free. Terri and Dee in the office are AMAZING! They have been such a great help with anything I need. Maintenance has been on point as well since I’ve been here. I definitely recommend this for a home. The apartments are also super cozy and big. I’ll be here for a long time! :)"

"Terrible place! REEKS of dog urine outside of buildings. Especially worse in the summer, literally takes your breath the smell is so strong. You talk to the staff, they smile say they will handle whatever issues you have and NOTHING is done. The tenets throw their pet waste bags all over the grounds but at least some residents do use the green bags. The main gate to the complex is broken about 95% of the time, the pool and hot tubs are dirty with debris floating. The area around the pools are not swept or maintained. I do see the maintenance guys driving around on golf carts or hanging out in one of the garages. Can’t say I’ve ever seen them actually do any work. The gym area is small but nice and It is a pretty quiet complex."

"I lived at Avora for 6 months and would've continued for much longer if I hadn't be transferred out of state with my company!! Terri and Dee with both amazing and so responsive whenever I had any questions. The apartment was so cute and the area so quiet. I have highly recommended this complex to many of my friends who are looking to move early next year!"

"This place never felt like a home, hopefully that is not the case for you. Kristin and Sarah were very kind to meet with us on more than one occasion to hear our concerns, in which we were able to brainstorm ideas to make our stay a better one. I appreciated them while we lived here, very nice ladies. Pros: -two very large, very nice pools with grills -two gyms on campus, open 24 hours -convenient location, near the 101 and 17, I can see the 101 from my front door -Kristi and Sarah to listen -free coffee in the office -large closets and big bathroom (we were in a Mint) -if you are into food trucks they come most Thursdays Cons: -Leaf blower starts at 7AM most week days -inconsiderate neighbors (park badly, leave dog poop next to sidewalk, loud, smoke in the pool) -we were in the growing phase (pools off and on closed, fireplaces often didn't work, gates to the pool was not fixed for months even after many emails sent. It seems to be a big party community. Most weekends there was often loud music and drinking. Even with our windows closed we often heard explicit music very clearly or yelling at the pool until late in the night which we would call night security for. Again, we were able to talk to Kristi and Sarah about this and they did take care of the one group who was the worst for this. I would definitely suggest an apartment not near the pools, and maybe with a garage if you have a nice car. Below are pictures of our apartment on the day we moved out, one bedroom mint style."
