On the tour she showed me everything there is to know about the complex and told me about the fun events they are always having. She was very helpful with answering all my questions and giving me all the important details that I needed to factor in before signing. I was really grateful for receiving constant communication through every step of the application process and while I was signing and submitting documents. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does here at Centra."

"I moved in to Centra Midtown apartments in April 2023 and I have had a great experience so far. It's really nice having a full size washer and dryer right in my apartment. Which I absolutely love the convenience! I am in love with the fitness center with yoga, spin, and cross-fit rooms to which there is 24 hour access. I Whenever I went to the pool there was always plenty of room to swim. The staff is wonderful! I can be high maintenance and they have always treated me with respect and done what they can to meet my request. The maintenance person has also been very responsive. It's a quiet community and the walls keep out noise from the neighbors. I appreciate that the buildings are locked. I highly recommend Centra Midtown apartments ."

"I had a beautiful tour with Mirta last month, and she was very thorough of the information we needed, and she is so professional with knowledgeable with the community. We look forward moving to Centra once our lease is up by the end of the year. Would love to have the home with the amazing patio view of the city. I fell in love with the kitchen set up and the amazing views from all the windows in the living room space!"

"This is by far the best community I have lived in since moving to Arizona in 2016. The staff is incredible, responsive and creative in ways to make sure residents feel taken care of. From immediate, same-day maintenance to complimentary pizza party events or a surprise breakfast to-go as residents leave the parking garage... it's truly incredible. And I haven't even gotten into the unit itself or amenities! The gym is standout with all the equipment you need and more to get a great workout in. The rooftop was the best place to watch the best of the city's fireworks on New Years Eve and the party room is the best for when I want to catch something on cable. The hot tub is fantastic and I'm sure the pool is too (I just haven't used it yet) and the deck area has cute cabanas, a putting green and fire pit. Truly everything I could ask for and more. Access to the lightrail is helpful since I always find myself downtown for games or events. The staff really makes the entire community stand out. My unit has tons of natural light and a great patio to get some fresh air."
