"Moved to Arizona in 2021 and was helped by Jordan when it came to renting my apartment site unseen. She was a huge help and I was so pleased with my experience. When my lease was up I moved to Tempe to be closer to work but quickly realized I did not enjoy it nearly as much as Roosevelt Square and the second my lease was up I immediately moved back to Roosevelt and was so pleased Jordan was still with the company and was able to assist me again with my rental needs."
"I'm a tenant currently and I love it here. One of the agents here named Carlos ( yes he has the same name as me) has been the most informative and well relatable person. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful as well. Most of the maintenance requests get handled right away. There's couple coffee shop is right down stairs and we have a bar that serves excellent food just across the field with several other spots to eat around the corner. How convenient!"
"Roosevelt is a great community to live. Surprisingly quiet for a downtown apartment. Work orders get done fast, like next day fast. And the staff is awesome, Jordan and Carlos are very responsive and you can tell they care for the community they manage and those that live there. I definetly recommend living here if you're choosing somewhere in downtown."
"Carlos Moreno was an excellent leasing consultant, he went above and beyond to show me all of the available amenitities and openings available. I would recommend him to anyone. Very helpful, made a very good impression of the community."
"I've lived at Roosevelt Square for about 2 and a half years now and I love it! It's super easy to have a maintenance request fulfilled, the neighborhood is great, and the leasing office is so friendly! My Frenchie has to run in every day to see them! He's so sad when they are not open. Our parking is located in a gated area of the garage and it's really nice that we all get a spot without being charged extra for it. Most communities charge at least $100 for each parking spot. I'll be renewing my lease again. Also- I think they handled the COVID-19 situation the best they could. I highly recommend living here. UPDATE: I lived at Roosevelt Square for 4 and 1/2 years. Although my apartment was old and small, I really enjoyed living in that community. The neighbors are so nice! Our dogs became familiar w/each other. The location is perfect. However, my APS bill was crazy for the small space because the windows are not energy efficient. I asked if I could put window tint on but that wasn’t an option. So the cost of living there is equal to larger, newer buildings. About 2 years in or so we got a new property manager and the building went to hell. I lived in Building A- referred to as Cellblock A by residents. Cobwebs hanging in the doorways & hallways, doors with broken or no hinges giving full access to homeless people, no communication, no preventative maintenance. Everything she does is reactive. Like the palm trees in the pool area needing to be trimmed. Happens every year, right? Well she waited until After they shed during Memorial Day weekend, covering the pool with a disgusting layer. She shut the pool down for a week afterwards, while children were on summer break and stuck in their apartments. Oh! The elevator in Cellblock A was broke for a month during this summer’s heatwave (2023). No communication about that! I had to carry my senior dog down 3 flights of stairs in that heat. Twice stumbling upon a homeless person camping out in the stairwell. One was even so comfortable that he set up a hammock. In an area that is supposed to be locked and secure. If you’re considering living there because rent is lower: Stop. Add about $150 for APS in hot months. And ask to tour Cellblock A. They walk prospective residents through building B. Cellblock A will give you an accurate idea of what it’s like to live there. Look at the pictures…"
