"Place started out a bit rough, I have lived there for 5 yrs. And ever since Cassie the new manager has taken over it has improved 100% she listens to your concerns and actually follows through with her promises!! She really cares! I highly recommend these apartments!!"
"I have lived here at Glenridge for 15 years. I've seen many a Manager, Maintenance Guys, and various Owners come and go thru out those years. I have never had a more Friendly, and pleasant Manager, than I have had since "Cassie" was hired. I've seen good times and bad times here. But since she took over the improvements are amazing!! Communication is much better. Water issues fixed. There's not an Appt complex out there you could do better by. Cassie deserves a standing ovation for her dedication and always pleasant smile and personality. Check this place out!!"
"Currently a resident and we have had never ending issues since new management took over in Oct. 2022. Currently, our hot water is off and this complex doesn’t have an emergency maintence line so we won’t receive any help until tomorrow when the office reopens. In the past, we have had our cold water wrongly shut off for 2 weeks and it was only fixed after several maintence requests and calls/trips to the front office. Also, during the summer when our AC broke, it was 96 degrees in our apartment and they told us nothing was broken. Furthermore, we were given a service notice for bed bug treatment on a Friday afternoon, with instructions to be ready by the following monday for treatment. Due to the office being closed over the weekends at the time and us being unable to ask any further questions until the day of service, we cleaned and packed our apartment, only for the Property manager to tell us it was a mistake and she doesn’t know who puts those notices out. The lights on our building have also been out for months, the stairwells are dark and it would be very easy for someone to slip and fall when they can’t see. The Property Manager, Cassie, seems reluctant to actually help residents. I also reached out to the Regional Manager and haven’t received a response for 3 weeks."
"I am a current resident. July 25th, the maintenance man came and said we're here to start the process for a washer and dryer. There wasn't and notice sent out prepare me for the process. They came back the next day. I was told it would take 3 weeks. It has been 4 months, still no washer and dryer. No inspector has come. How do I know that it's even safe? They finally completed the opening september nineteenth.. I have spoken to 3 different managers who stated they were going to contact the corporate office instead, they keep blowing me off. I need someone to contact me a s a p. Spoke with new manager today who didn't want to hear anything I had to say."
"The whole time we lived here this place was a joke. Broken washers, dirty pools, dog poop left everywhere, trash left around the dumpsters for weeks at a time, and unresponsive management. The current owners bought the place from another useless management company. Our unit billed itself as the Diamond level. Total joke and way overpriced - even charging rent processing fees and we were charged tax on the tax which is insane. When we moved out, we left the place cleaner than we found it when we moved in. We also gave 60 days notice per our short-term lease agreement after our year lease had ended. We didn't hear anything from the management company about our deposit and were not provided reasoning for its withholding, which I am fairly certain they are legally obligated to do within a specific amount of time (often times a month). After finally getting a response back, we were informed that our deposit was used to cover remaining fees on our ledger. We were sent this ledger that we had already paid in full prior to move-out. Glenridge had fees charged during the month of June, after we had already moved out at the end of May. That is complete and utter theft and just another representation of the owners' horrible business practices. If you are considering Glenridge, don't walk away - run away."
