"Just remember when you move out. You will have to pay for the installation. The new carpet period there's no way around and I found out the hard way and it was used carpet when we moved in...and the manager, she has no flexibility whatsoever Neither does corporate. They don't care either. They just want your money."
"Questioning? I was too. My application experience here was nothing short of frustrating. I called the leasing office twice with no response, received an unhelpful voicemail, and faced a $250 rent increase after two days of effort, along with an $80 non-refundable application fee. The unit had been available for about 4 weeks, and it's worth mentioning that I toured here twice. The only time the staff was helpful was after I sent an email about the withdrawal application, I got a call and was on the phone with a women from the office 5 minutes later following a requested immediate cancelation, but why you ask? Let me tell you, before you spend $140-180 on your application PLEASE look at your options. The Renaissance apartment homes, priced at $1600 a month, show poor repair quality, with painted-over piping under the sink and a littered complex. Shockingly, they've now jacked up their prices to $1570+ from $1250 just a week ago. It's disheartening to witness such practices, especially when there's a nearby luxury apartment complex with gated security offering superior quality at the same price. Best of luck."
"I've lived here less than 1 month at the time of writing. The leasing process was easy and Sherrey was key to that experience. No major issues with moving in. My unit was clean and spotless for my move in. I've only had experience with one maintenance guy so far with all my service calls and he's been a joy to have. Addressed my tickets rapidly and directly, with no excuses, just fixes and solutions. The community so far seems friendly and clean. Removed one star just because there are a few issues that should've been caught before I moved in that weren't, but are getting fixed and then there are some things I'm kind of just stuck with until further notice(i.e til something breaks beyond repair). Also there's one "common sense" upgrade that I'm paying for out of pocket but Renaissance is meeting me halfway and allowing me to have Maintenence install the upgrade, while not expensive, should be something imo that Mission Rock/Renaissance should have footed the bill for completely especially since how cheap it is but I'm not going to cry over pennies. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience in the first month here, aside from my small complaints I enjoy the community and my apartment so far, and I can see myself renewing at the end of my lease."
"So far so good. Grabbed a 2 bed 2 bath for $1200. For that price can't complain. Even if it was more I still can't complain really. Moved in to a few issues but maintenance came in right away to fix them. Only been here like 2 weeks now but still far it's a great place"
"Please find somewhere else to live. It’s sad I have to make this review. I lived here for 4years now and loved it at first. But in this last year it’s been a nightmare. An error made by the maintenance team caused a small fire in our breaker box. Our car and our roommates car and neighbors car have all be vandalized in the past few months. And when trying to work with the high up ladies in management or bring it to their attention they just answer back they don’t wanna cause a panic. As much as this place charges in rent they need to add camera and they need to have security. The amount I pay in rent has always seemed reasonable for the the safety and upkeep of these apartments. However, it no longer feels that way and I can’t wait to move."
