"The apartment is pretty decent but the gym poly machine is lacking maintenance. The handles are terrible and broken and both of the poly cables are somewhat broken. They also don’t have a bench press or squat rack which is disappointing."

"Seems to be a decent comex although the lighting in the units leaves a lot to be desired way to dim. But overall, clean and nicely kept property. The noise from time loop 101 is ridiculous!"

"This apartment complex is very old you can tell. They have updated the inside but the walls are very thin. No insulation. You can hear every step your neighbors take upstairs if you are on the bottom floor. The windows are thin and also can every everyone outside. Can't keep my apartment cold in the summer at all. So be prepared for a high electricity bill. When moved in I wrote a long list of things needed to be fixed and 4/5 months later nothing has been fixed. I work overnights and let them know they can come Mondays and Fridays to fix things and never still haven't came to fix things. The ice from the refrigerator is bad it smells and I asked them to change the filter and the told me theres no filer that the water is just bad and nothing they can do about that. The screens are missing from windows. Flooring is coming up. My dishwasher doesn't drain and water from the sink flows into the dishwasher and sits there and stinks. The light fixtures are coming out from the roof. My front door has a huge gap where it doesn't close properly from the door being too small I'm guessing. You can see the light coming in from the outside when the door is "shut". Little black beetles come in through the gap. It's gross. The "gym" on the apartment website is not at all how it looks. Missing equipment and outdated equipment. The dog park is nothing how it looks either it's nothing but dirt and rocks. Can't take your dogs out there. The water is constantly getting turned off with no notice before hand. It's turned off then you get a email saying it's off after the fact. And this happens ATLEAST twice a month. And we get no reimbursement for the water constantly being turned off. What we do get is extra charges for who knows what on the rent every month and when talked to the office about they tell us to deduct the extra fees and go get a cashiers check from our bank, instead of having the convenience of paying it online like the app they made us get was intended for. In my opinion, the rent is too high to be paying what you pay for the apartment that you get. Be sure to really consider this property before moving in. My apartment wasn't cleaned prior to moving in. When I cleaned my floors they were black. I was told I wasn't going to get charged a cleaning fee apon move out so we will see. Definitely will not be staying here once my lease is up."

"Wonderful place to live. My family and I moved to Palm Court in October and have really enjoyed getting to know our neighbors here. The staff are friendly and professional and I’ve had great experiences whenever a routine repair has been needed."

"This is the worst appartment ever been. As soon as we moved in AC stopped working and once they said "fixed" it started to leak. Dish washer doesn't clean at all. Bathroom exhaust stopped working . Update 07/01 Hi Debra, By adding one portable cooler doesn't solve the issue. Its not even cooling the room forget about the entire house . Thermostat shows 87 deg. AC vent is left as it is and may fall anytime. Seriously this is worst service I have ever seen. We have seen the great service from Greystar team in other appartment why is this lacking in PalmCourt."
