"trying to decide whether or not I want to downsize, and have been touring many places. Hands down, this place has had the best customer service. They offered me water, and candy every time. I've stopped there now two times ;-) Once to tour, a second time because I had some additional questions. Kim Cortes was very knowledgeable, and friendly. Our friendly conversation while touring will be the main reason I will likely choose this location. She made me feel welcome, and I hadn't even made a decision yet. Everyone I have met in the front office has been very friendly, but Kim went the extra mile to help me see that my vision for my future home could easily become a reality :-) The fact that they have yards, a doggy door, dog wash, and a dog park are huge selling points for me."

"I just want to share my experience when it comes to moving to AZ over a year ago. I left my last apartment due to a lack of customer service and the quality of the community overall. When I began my search for a new apartment home, as I shopped around, I noticed the customer service was just not there at many locations until I walked into the door of Village at the Blvd. I was quickly greeted by Darlene with a smile and genuine kindness. She was very informative and friendly. Showed me around the community and explained what they had to offer. The property is brand new so of course, everything looked beautiful. The pool area is gorgeous and inviting, the grill area is top-notch, and being that I have a dog, the dog park area and doggie spa are something I have never seen before, very nice! They really put a lot of thought into this community. I was very impressed, with the professionalism, helpfulness, and how Darlene answered all my questions. The whole staff there is very friendly and helpful. Each time I walk into the office I am greeted with a smile, offered coffee or water and candy! I found my home and I know I am in good with such an excellent staff that is always willing to help me, such a great team! If you are looking for a nice beautiful place to live and call home I would highly recommend this place."
