"The models are nice. Once you get the apartment though it is poorly built. Cabinet handles falling off stove wasn't plugged in when we got here. Apartment was not clean when we got it. We can hear every step of the neighbors upstairs. Not very well insulated. Bath tubs both drip. You can hear the water from the neighbors above you flowing through the walls, loud. Parking spaces are tiny and garages are tiny. Staff is friendly. Amenities are great but can't help to look past the facade once here and realized it was built fast and cheap. No bugs so that's a plus. People are generally friendly. And the park is cool. Grass is cool too. Dog park is good. I am just not impressed with the quality of the apartment for the price."

"The people that work here are great. Apartments are good. Amenities are great. The one thing that really drives me nuts is that they have lawn maintenance out twice a week. In my decade of renting I’ve never had lawn care that much and it’s super annoying to hear a loud leaf blower every 3 days. It’s excessive and not necessary and a nuisance to the residents. Once a week would be fine I guess but every 3 days is making me angry. I talked to them and they said that’s normal. It’s not. No home owner uses a leaf blower every 3 days."
