"I have lived here for almost a year and this complex is certainly beautiful and I have a spacious apartment. However I can literally hear and feel every step my upstairs neighbors make. I live on the second floor and this place has the thinnest ceilings and floors I have ever experienced. I can literally hear their conversation sometimes. As someone who works the night shift, this place is a nightmare."

"We've lived here over a year and we renewed our lease because it's a nice apartment complex, however, they're inconsistent on their rules and they are completely unfair. 6 months ago we were out cooking our dinner on the grills which we pay to use. We had our 8 week old who started fussing so we packed up to leave. A couple that lives next to the pool area ran out and shouted that they were going to "come down there and shut that baby up" from their balcony. We brought the incident to the complexes attention and they refused to do anything about it. Instead of removing violent people from the complex, they decided to take the side of the people who threatened our baby's life. Now, they close the grill area an hour early which is unfair since we work late and PAY to use the grills. They failed to mention the change, so it's Saturday, we're cooking and they tell us to leave before our dinner is done. The female security guard was very unfriendly and rude. For months, I was afraid to go alone to the pool with my baby. We honestly stopped going to the pool for several months all together which we pay for in our amenities fee. As a mother, I feel unsafe in this complex and I wonder if we made a mistake renewing. The couple still lives here and we make an effort to stay quiet while grilling so it's unfair that my husband cannot stay and finish cooking our food."

"A True Paradise in the Sonoran Desert! The Property Manager Krista is the best! It's amazing knowing we have her guidance and leadership, she makes us truly see a future here! The property and landscaping is always maintained and full of beautiful palm trees, cactus, ocotillo, aloe and dozens of other exotic flowers. The landscapers are always maintaining the property, it seems to get better every month when they replace or change things, and you can smell the flowers almost every morning! The architecture of the buildings are exquisite, based on the designs of the bricks patterns, molding and coloration. I also really enjoy the different types of layouts of the units and balconies, which the views on the property are absolutely breathtaking! There is a small running trail that is honestly one of my favorite amenities, because I can run, bicycle and even ride my dirt bike! The trail runs all the way to the actual Sonoran Desert for hiking and more. You can expect to see the most spectacular views of hot air balloons too! The community and my neighbors are very quiet and cordial, most people are friendly and mind their own personal space and business. The office does lots of community events and gatherings if you want to be social, if not it is very easy to keep to yourself. The wildlife here is the best part for me personally, from Coyotes, Havalinas, Horses, Snakes, Scorpions, Hawks and even Vultures! The amenities include 2 huge clubhouses and gyms that are always immaculate and clean. They are never crowded and the gyms offer a nice variety of free weights, treadmills and much more. The pool areas are visually stunning with waterfalls, fireplaces and grills. The maintenance crew is always working hard and diligently to complete maintenance requests, but I would expect at least 1 week waiting time, because there are over 500 units! Nick is the coolest and hard working maintenance technician on the property. If I could give anyone a raise, it would be him! Thank you MAA staff for all of your hard work and making this a beautiful place to live."

"Been living here 6 months and I love it! Christa is an amazing manager she runs it very smoothly, Nick has been an absolutely amazing technician. He fixed all work orders I had on the spot and made me feel at home, great staff."
