"Weird location and weirder management. Maintenance was seriously a miracle team, because holy moly is this place a mess! Good luck talking to front office because they’re always out to lunch and during office hours they’ll lock doors on you. We had to knock on the door and a man with absolute affect in his face and a silly outfit greeted us I couldn’t help but laugh. No professionalism in this staff and it shows. Places are quite nice but the location is super bizarre right off the freeway, and if you go North there’s no merging lane so you have to do a circle just to get on the I-17. Don’t waste your time here, they’ll yell at you and demean you if you express any concern for them having to do their job. Maintenance was super cool and deserves a raise! They were awesome."

April already had a group waiting as she was working with someone else but when she got a gap in time she still introduced herself and told us about the self tour option so we wouldn’t have to wait and even offered fruit snacks to my kids.
